location was great and most of the staff was very good

just not fully clean, sticky fingerprints on night tables, hair in bathtub, bathroom mirror splattered with what looked like makeup. we hung and reused towels as suggested but room was never cleaned during our stay

Breakfast quality was not good. It wasn't clear that there was a charge for the pet. Booking.com sent an email in response to my note that we'd have a pet saying there would be no fee. However, the there is a $100 non-refundable charge.

We go because of the location. It is one block from Spanish Spring Square with nightly entertainment every night from 5-9. They also have Acoustic trios from 11-2. Great place to lay back and enjoy good music and dancing. The breakfast is fantastic and the attendants are great. It also allows pets and I brought an German Shepard and English Bulldog and the manager gave them doggy treats. Great place to stay.

Breakfast was OK. Hotel was not new, but well-maintained. Unspectatcular but comfortable and quiet. We liked having the kitchenette in the room.

This is a 2 to 2.5 star hotel. Overpriced Shabby. Threadbare carpet in hallways Cleaning was not very well done.

On arrival tv didn't work. Asked to be moved to another room... maintenance checked out tv..would get back with us..over hour later went to front desk for update..asked to be moved to another room and that was provided. That room the lock didn't work .went to front desk.. maintenance checked it out. Door lock opened sketchy the whole stay...same breakfast every day..limited choices..pool was dirty .by end of our stay it was closed for a few days ..pool area noisy with deliveries.. apparently front entrance is where all deliveries are also made ..outside entrance doors never required key..was not up to Marriott standards/quality. At check out was not even asked how our stay was.....

The staff at the desk were very helpful. Also breakfast was very busy but continually being filled.

When I arrived at my room, the sink had hair in the sink. I spoke to the desk to see if they could send someone up to clean it. He also offered for me to move rooms, but I had luggage set up. Hair was still in the sink. Later there was also hair in the tub. This is the housekeepers fault that was supposed to clean the room prior to my arrival. I called to stay only one night early the next morning and was told no charge for my early departure. Waiting on account adjustments.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. King sized bed was perfect.

Good location for entertainment food and shopping.

No maid service for entire 3 nights stay. Had to get clean towels at front desk twice and empty our trash bin.

The carpets are shredded, the sheets are horrible, pillows flimsy, cleaning is not thorough and all you get for amenities is a tiny sliver of bar soap and shampoo/condition in wall dispensers.

Breakfast poor!! Cold scrambled eggs (just as cold as the yogurt I got from the little fridge) every morning! Super flimsy plastic utensils and plastic plates! The toilet would not flush, wanted to overflow EVERY time. We were given a plunger to deal with the situation within the first hour of us being there. We were there FIVE NIGHTS!!!! Spent A LOT of time flushing numerous times and plunging!!! It really is Not our job and completely took away from our stay and was verrrry stressful!!!! Shower water comes out just over a trickle! A ten minute shower took 30 minutes… so we spent A LOT of time in the bathroom needlessly between the shower and flushing and plunging!!! The body towels are very small and worn … almost see through!! Hard to dry our bodies… used the hand towels to complete the job!! The floor is uneven halfway into the room. It always felt like I was missing a step… startling at times! The quality was not equal for what you pay!! EXTREMELY disappointed!!!!!!!!!😡😡 Oh!! You can thank us for not having even one toilet overflow. We took pride in our new profession. You’ll get out bill later!! (Just kidding😏) AND….You’re Welcome!!!!

Easy to get to. many local shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was excellent. Kind and courteous. Breakfast selection was very nice and was kept fresh.

The first room the TV did not work. We were switched to another room where it did work but the new room was definitely not as nice. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. There was some mold between the tiles and stuff was splattered on the closet doors etc... The freezer was full of frost.

Very very dirty room, I found hairs in the shower, in the towels, in the bed, shower curtain had a bad smelling, taking a bath was the worse experience I even had, water was cold, handle was so hard to turn, then to close was impossible and there was always water dropping
