The location was amazing the little cottage was lovely with a decent kitchen and space to sit and eat outside the window was a bird table that some very beautiful birds and a few squirrels came to visit. The sauna was fantastic after a long drive and to top it all off we had a pretty fantastic show from the northern lights.

These cabins are lovely. The location was stunning. Book provided with extensive local information. Sauna was brilliant and was a great end to our stay. Staff were quick to reply to any questions I had. Check in was straight forward and easy. The cabin had great facilities and was extremely clean 👌

The cottages (they call them mökki but they are actually houses) have every facility, apart from clothes washing machine. I could easily dry my mushrooms in the sauna or oven. The lake is not far and a dip within a sauna session is a blessing. The staff is really friendly, family owned business always helps. The grillikiosi -which, incidentally, makes excellent burgers and chips, and sells all kind of emergency food products - and other restaurants and shops are within walking and driving distance.

First of all: if you think about staying here for one night, great start. But I'm telling you, this is a place where you want to stay longer. Just go ahead and plan that extra day to stay. You won't regret it. Erverything was absolutely perfect. The location is beautiful, the house is very clean. The beach was incredibly nice. There are free bikes and boats to use. The Sauna in the house was also really nice and was ready within 30 minutes We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to come back some day!
