The house is beautiful and provides many "at home" amenities. The beds were also comfortable.
However, there were roaches that were 2 inches in length. We killed a few on the front porch and back patio, in the house on the kitchen and laundry room floors, and on the couch. We reached out to Vacasa immediately but all we received was a canned response of "we apologize for the inconvenience and have reached out to the local manager." Long story short, nothing was done to right the situation. We didn't use the living room furniture because we were afraid a roach would crawl across us. We didn't feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen and only used the fridge for cold items while the rest of our food remained in our van, meaning we spent additional money on eating out for all meals instead of just dinner.
I am pretty reasonable and understand that bugs increase after a storm and also understand that the problem might not be fixed in the two days we were there, but no additional response, after apologizing for the inconvenience, is as disgusting as the roaches. Coming out and spraying the perimeter of the house or refunding some of our money for not being able to use half of the amenities would have been appropriate gestures in the right direction. If we had arrived earlier in the day or were staying longer than two days, we would not have stayed there. One of the main reasons we went for a rental home was to be able to cook and we couldn't without roach worry.

Had enough beds for everybody to comfortably sleep, plenty of space for everybody. The back patio was so nice and relaxing. Had plenty of places to sit for meals. Location was convenient, only a few minutes drive to everything in town. House had everything that you could need. Felt right at home here. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, the couches were comfortable, there were plenty of throw blankets, and enough towels for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to cook a full meal. The table was big enough for the eight of us, the living room provided ample space for the baby to crawl and the kids to play, enough sitting in the living room for the whole group to relax together and lots of sitting outside for bbq nights.
The best thing- all three rooms had queen sized beds so no adult got stuck squeezing on a twin or the couch.
The only two negatives- the pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet paper was very thin (not sure if this is due to septic tank needs.)
Despite that, we would definitely return!

Very nice house. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The reason for my 4 stars is the back patio, in my opinion, needs more light. We tried to have dinner and was very dark out there. Other than that I totally recommend for any beach getaway!

Stayed here with family while visiting our grandmother in Rockport. Very clean and comfortable and nice back patio for hanging out. The internet went out while we were there; took a few phone calls, but the rental company was responsive. Couldn't fix it before we left but gave us a credit. So not ideal but at least they tried. And overall we enjoyed the house, so would still stay there again.

Very nice rental
We enjoyed our stay at this home. Plenty of room for the eight of us. Nice to have a single story home with no stairs. Had everything we needed. The back yard patio was very nice just to sit back and enjoy to breeze. We will definitely rent this home again.

I would recommend "Fish Tail" vacation home to any and all who are looking for a place to stay while vacationing in Rockport, Texas. I love the calming bright colors of the interior walls and the comfort of the interior decoration and all the accommodations it offers. I will look to staying there again on my next trip to Rockport, Texas.

This home was perfect for 3 adults, 5 children. The home has everything you need, it was very clean. HEB is close by for groceries. It is comfortable. We did have a problem with the door code not working, but I called and it got resolved. Just make sure the code they give you is not a temporary one, otherwise it will not work the next day. I would also recommend trying the door code before the family gets off, mosquitos are horrible. I would definitely stay here again, it is not too far from Aransas Pass, Corpus and Port Aransas. The back yard is really pretty and comfortable. I did recieve a text a few hours prior to our arrival that the dryer was not working, I would suggest providing more hangers to hang clothes to dry.

This place was awesome!!! The grass could have been shorter which might have helped with the mosquitos. The place was great. My only complaint was with the rental company Turn Key. My husband and I are both in the military and we booked this place on a Wednesday for the following Wednesday. When we went to work the next day we found out we had a stop of movement which means we couldn’t go on our planned trip. I contacted Turn Key right away to get our reservation moved with no help. I wasn’t asking for a refund just asking to work with us. Which they did not nor did the owners. Life happens things happen beyond our control but I will never rent an air BNB that’s managed by turn key. The owners also denied our request to move the reservation to another date which was more expensive so I would have paid the difference stating that we needed to cancel or move reservation a week prior of us showing up. Unlikely when we booked everything the same week.

Just like home
Clean and comfortable just like home. We had a wonderful visit except two little things. The door had some issues and we had to get a new code but the rep was super kind. And the mosquitos! The back porch is gorgeous but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the mosquitos that didn’t care about our spray or the candles. We would totally rent again..just maybe not when it’s mosquito season.

Lots of technical issues
Sink was broke first 2 days in master bathroom. TVs didnt work entire time, ac has hard time cooling home. Beautiful home.

Memorial Weekend
What a beautiful home. -INSIDE. NOT SURE if the town didn’t do the normal mosquito spray in the neighborhoods but at the house they were HORRENDOUS. I Have never bought & used so much OFF in my life. And I live on a lake. But anyways, the place is beautiful, very clean and in a great location to the beach. Beds were also very comfortable!
We did have an issue with the TV not working and not having internet. Not sure why the pantry door was locked either, so we had to put all of our food on the counter. Other than that, Great place.

Nice Home
This home was well kept & clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Two things that were lacking were an outdoor grill and restricted control of the thermostat. We could not drop the temp below 75 degrees, which made for a warm, uncomfortable two nights.

Great spot in Rockport
House was perfect for our family and would be great for two couples especially with the bunk bed setup. Very close to the beach and main road was a block away if you needed something. Didn't have any problems with logistics and the automated notifications were great. Hope to stay again next time we visit Rockport.
