Great property close to the beach and activities! The included golf cart was great as well as the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

The large table helped facilitate family dinners every evening. The pool was the perfect sized and the younger kids loved it (especially when the beach was a little too rough). It is quite a walk to the private beach (when you have smaller children). We rented the gold cart but did not realize that there is no where to park it when going to the private beach so it was not as helpful as we thought it would be. Overall, would visit again and recommend.

Do not come early, you will not be let into the house until designated time given by rental company. House was great for large families, pool was clean and sufficient size. During our stay we called regarding a broken gas grill and grill was replaced the next day without issue. Some cons: Upon rental(in October 2022)home did not include golf cart. Upon review, in March, house price was reduced and golf cart was included. When I called the rental company they told me "they have sales from time to time" and would not add the golf cart at no additional cost even though we paid more to rent then it was currently listed for. Staff was not helpful on the phone regarding this issue. Otherwise when texting about the grill, texts were pleasant and courteous. Overall, we had a great trip with a great house but not pleased by the overprice and additional charge for golf cart

Everything exactly as described, fast response to questions, short walk to the beach, loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. 23 of us slept comfortably.

The house was clean, pool was big enough for all 9 kids to swim and have fun all week. The bedrooms were all very nice size with their own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals all week. We had a very small issue with a sink and they came immediately to fix it. The whole experience was wonderful!!

Not only was it beautifully decorated with all the beach vibes, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need to feed a large group like ours! The beds were all super comfortable, TVs in every room! The two sets of washer /dryers to handle all the groups laundry! The home was clean and the management team was responsive to all our questions. The golf cart was a fun add on and helpful to get around. We had 19 in our group and not a single complaint. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the pool after long days at the beach close by. It was all around perfect and best vacation rental ever!

This home was incredibly beautiful, well-appointed, decorated, comfortable, spacious, and everything we wanted in a vacation rental. It was close to the beach, in a gated community, and we loved the feel of the Miramar Beach area. The management company was able to answer all of my questions and deliver on all of my requests promptly and professionally. The included golf cart was so much fun-- a nice addition to the property. I cannot say enough good things about this home, area, or owners-- we want to come back!

This house was everything we wanted when searching for a place to celebrate an 80th birthday with family. The house was immaculate and communication was always answered within minutes. Great location, close to so many things and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The house we rented in March all of a sudden was no longer available and I was emailed 5 days before flying to Florida. We picked let’s flamingle for the spacious house and the beautiful outdoor area. But when we got there the pool was too cold to swim in and the outdoor TV didn’t work. We rented the original house because of the pickleball courts and were under the impression we could still use them but even though I reached out to the rental agency, no one would respond to my texts or email. Overall a beautiful house but disappointed with what was expected.

Very enjoyable home

It was our family’s first time visiting Miramar Beach area and our accommodations did not disappoint! The house was great and we had plenty of room inside and outside. The pool was a big hit and enjoyed by all. We appreciated the stocked kitchen as it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was situated just a few blocks from the beach and the private entrance was conveniently located. Let’s Flamingle suited our needs and worked out perfectly!

We were the first to stay in this house and it was excellent. The neighborhood is nice and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are close too. Also highly recommend renting a golf cart to cruise the area.
