This house is right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the train, State St and the Funk Zone. It worked out great for a quick weekend getaway!

Perfect spot for exploring Santa Barbara. House is compact but has everything we needed. Location is fantastic, and finding parking on the street was fairly easy.

Entire process was very easy and was super happy that we were accommodated for our arrival time. House was clean and overall very happy with our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Barbara. The house was cute, clean and close to downtown restaurants and other hot spots. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and selection of board games. The AC units worked great, especially with the warm weather this weekend. We would have liked a few more amenities like extra bath towels, an extra roll of paper towels, napkins, a kitchen towel to dry dishes, and some kitchen essentials. The queen bed was comfortable, but there was no place to store clothing (other than the hangers in the closet), and it was a bit frustrating to live out of our suitcases for three nights. My sister and her husband had to sleep in separate bedrooms because the other beds were only full sized, which we did not see in the listing. It would be difficult for 6 people to sleep comfortably in the home. Overall, though, it was a nice place which could be improved with a few additional touches.

The property was the perfect place to stay and be centrally located to everything. The beach/boardwalk is about a 15 minute easy walk and restaurants/bars/shops galore about 5 minutes away. Property managers are very easy to contact and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again if back in SB.

Travel to Santa Barbara with my two adult children for their brother’s graduation. Accommodations were clean, neat and as described. Everything went as planned, no problems at all, close proximity to State Street. was a huge plus.

A group of 6 adults spent the weekend in SB for a concert at the amphitheater. The communication leading up to the trip was great and Virandra was very responsive. When we arrived we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly as described! The place in very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Everything is very close to the house and State Street is only a few block away. We really enjoyed the house and with definitely check availability the next time we come up to Santa Barbara!

My friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the Moxi (a 10 minute walk away). The location was so convenient to both State St and the venue. The house was clean and comfortable—perfect as a home base for close friends who don’t mind sharing some bathroom space and weren’t looking to cook meals at home.

My group unfortunately got caught during the only weekend it rained in Santa Barbara so five adults unexpectedly stayed inside this small home all weekend. It’s not a bad place at all, but we were intending to be out and about a lot so staying indoors in this small place we all felt a little cramped in the living room. That being said they had many games and we were able to easily hook up about play our Nintendo Wii. Shower stalls a tad small but serviceable, beds were ok but would suggest replacing the mattresses in the near future. Wished we could have used the outdoor space out front as it looked useable and the back patio round table and chairs looked cute although one of the chairs might be unsteady. Overall a decent but small place, centrally located to downtown Santa Barbara.

Great stay at this little house a few blocks from State Street! The house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The property was especially helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. So grateful for his help!

The only thing that prevented the overall rating from being 5 stars is that the house was a little smaller than what we had imagined from the pictures and would have hoped for. It was not misleading, but rather just a bit of a surprise. Other than that, the property was as advertised, fulfilled its purpose, and was much closer to the hip downtown area of Santa Barbara, with lots of places to eat, shop, and enjoy the sites, all within a 2-3 block walking distance (5 minutes).

This is the perfect part of town, walking distance to State St and the beach. All in all, the property was fantastic

We enjoyed our stay at the property minus one issue. At times we did not have hot water due to a faulty water heater issue. We were grateful to have responsive managers that quickly responded to this issue and fixed the problem.

The check-in process was not well-coordinated. The owner did not advise where to get the keys, the Wi-Fi password and other check-in arrangements. The place was clean and well maintained.

Owner made intentional material omission that this unit HAS NO A/C...for a mid-summer booking. We arrived early-evening and the unit was both...not made up, and a was hot box. Owner said "open the windows; I'll bring you fans tomorrow". In an unfamiliar neighborhood next door to a kinda sketchy urban convenience store and a house-fulla girls in my family....we were not going to sleep with the windows open, nor spend 3 days in heat. There was no other comparable accommodation, locally, day-of, so had to book 3 hotel rooms at considerably higher cost. Owner refused refund. This was accomplished through my CC company (VISA, thanks!) and he can deal with them. Future guests, be advised.
