Beautiful ocean view and close to stores and restaurants. Small and quiet.

A perfect place to be right close to the beach and the marina. Will happily stay there again.

The room furnishings were a little tired but perfectly functional.

Clean and comfortable bed, with microwave and fridge. Parking close by the door, helpful staff.

They started vacuuming the rooms above and corridors very early in the morning, while we were still trying to sleep.

Coffee pods were not available early in the morning. The option of watching regular TV was not available. The only option was streaming services from which you had to have a subscription.

We didn’t realise how far away from Santa Monica pier and the centre the location was

Everything was good, stayed right on the beach! Couldn't ask for more.

Just the people stomping hard on the floors but the view made up for it.

property sits right at mothers beach. Beautiful location. Parking was super easy. Room was pretty quiet.

The drain was very slow when we took a shower had to get out of there with 4 inches of water. I think the poor guy had his hands full with toilet issues, etc. in other rooms, so that seems to be an issue that they have to deal with in an old building. But the staff was really accommodating, nice and understanding

Location. Right on a little beach in the marina. 10 minute brisk walk to Venice beach. Some staff were jovial and friendly.

Some staff not as friendly. Room could have been cleaner (dusty in corners, under the bed had dust, garbage and a left behind vape pen). Water took a while to warm up in the shower. $25 fee to check in early, even if room is ready. Beds were pretty saggy. Not the fault of the hotel, just an FYI - no grocery within 30 minutes walk.

poor service and poor communication between staff. rollaway bed took 3 requests to get it set up. room was not cleaned. no cups in bedroom, only 2 towels for triple room. no coffee maker. loud guests yelling at front desk at night

Great location! Right on the sand of the Marina Del Rey beach. Marina view restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was right next to the lobby and we heard a lot of the lobby noise. The facility is a little dated, but the location makes up for it.

Great location, awesome potential or past history.

The property has been left to run down. It advertised breakfast but there wasn't any, a bagel or two, no condiments, etc. The staff tried hard but it seemed like financially the property was struggling.
