I saw the worst Property. I faced water issues for approximately 4 hours. They said motor issue but at least they don't arrange a single bucket of water. The hotel was not cleaned well. When I was booked online I selected breakfast . I paid for that. But here there is no restaurant and they don't arrange breakfast also. But additionally I paid 300 rupees.

I have booked 4 rooms in hotel through booking . Com in onemeonth advance. Payment was also made in advance. When I reached property with all family members , property people said they are no more with booking. Com or OYO so they asked us pay the money and check in. I have tried many times to toll free but no use. Finally I paid money again and check in the propoerty. Booking. Com after 20 days sent the 50% of money back. This is high tech cheating by booking. Com

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

It was good experience with kk trends. Staff is very co operative and very well experienced. Rooms were very good and nice ambience.

I have booked rooms in booking.com one month before. When I arrived with family , proporty staff informed threat they are no more with OYO and didn’t not consider my advance booking for which I have already paid. When I called tollfeee number of OYO no body responded. I have paid amount again then only hote staff allowed inside for checking

Worst Hotel - demanding extra money and worst maintenance and irresponsible management. A

It was a very nice place to stay both for leisure and Office trip.. easily accessible from the Railway Station, very neatly maintained. I really liked it.... Worth the cost.. I would also recommend this place for others who are visiting Vijayawada.
