Well decorated, good furniture.

Lack of shelf space in the bathroom. Lack of any handrail, nonslip mat, or shelf space in the large shower. Could easily cause someone to fall in the shower.

The view has been blocked by a neighbour and its next to a building site which is out of the owners control

A very cosy clean and modern cottage. Peaceful area. my husband caught lots of fish too. The hosts were helpful and answered messages promptly.

Boiler kept firing up in airing cupboard through the night even though we turned the thermostat down. was next to one of the bedrooms which disturbed our sleep

Recently renovated, fresh and clean with full kitchen. a decent shower instead of bath. Good amount of basic kitchen essentials like dishwasher tablets. great heating! View of water, close to shops and pub.

needs a queen size bed instead of double bed which is too small by today’s standards. slippery shower floor. stairs might be a challenge for infirm people.

The cottage was absolutely amazing, very clean and modern. Everything that you needed was there. Loved the wood burner, everything was so comfortable. Great location within Wroxham and was able to walk everywhere. The hosts were great too, very helpful and good communication. Just absolutely loved everything and already looking to when we can return to the cottage again.

The property was beautifully furnished immaculately clean, met all of our needs. It's in a perfect location to visit the key sights around Norfolk. You can also park and leave your car at the property, whilst taking a 5-10 min walk into Wroxham, which provides all the take away foods you need plus all shopping / grocery facilities. It was extremely quiet with great surroundings.

Perfect location, for a few days of me time, nice quiet location, with a short walk to the local ammenities.

Cannot think of anything l didnt like with the cottage during my short stay. Perfect for my needs.

Location was excellent. Very clean modern cottage, tastefully decorated with good household appliances, comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of extra towels etc.

To start off I found it difficult to get at the lockbox and open it. It would have been easier placed on the other side of the letterbox. I broke two fingernails! Then it took several attempts to get the key to open the front door. This was the case throughout the stay, so back access was used. The advertising material didn't show stairs, so in hindsight this property wasn't suitable for my brother and myself. He's recovering from a stroke and I'm getting over an accident. However, we managed and after buying a nonslip rubber mat to go in the shower, we were ok and left it in case someone else finds it useful. It would have been nice to have a handrail in the shower and somewhere to put soap etc.

Great central location to explore Wroxham but also Great Yarmouth, Norwich and the surrounding areas. The property is comfortable, it was clean throughout and had everything we needed for a short stay. Good communication with the hosts.

Excellent location in a quiet area and easy, close parking. Very clean and comfortable. Appliances easy to use and it was good to have manuals. It was nice to eat out on decking. House is very nicely decorated to an excellent finish.

Uneven decking especially where best position for garden furniture to enjoy view was. Would recommend levelling off whole decking. Additional set of cutlery would be handy and provision of one toilet roll per guest would be better. Maybe warn guests of building work opposite. Didn't bother us as up and out early and out all day but some guests may have more of a lie in. Maybe find out when they are due to finish the works. Freezer compartment needs defrosting.

The cottage was very clean and e everything was supplied, there was even a lovely candle in the bedroom. All furnishings, towels and bed linen,etc , were top quality and very comfortable.

We had trouble with the front door lock and had to resort to using the back door Instead! Apart from that everything was fine.

Not has good as shown on the cottage photo itinerary. The outlook from the lounge is facing an end rendered gable which was quite disappointing. But the cottage is lovely and well presented.

Well, we thought for the cost of hire of the cottage which wasn't cheap by any standard a ' Welcome Pack' would have been nice!? Not even a pint of milk in the fridge to make a cuppa!

The cottage was absolutely lovely, very clean and modern, every room smelt so fresh, the cottage was also in a great location near to the shops and restaurants.

There was nothing about the property I didn't like.
