L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, molto funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice e asciugatrice comprese). Attenzione ai dettagli (gli asciugamani confezionati con i fiocchi rossi sono stati una ciliegina sulla torta) Posizione comoda per visitare la città, il parcheggio si trova abbastanza facilmente in prossimità dell'appartamento. Colazione semplice ma completa. Host molto gentile, check in con keyl locker molto comodo.

We liked everything, the only “downsize” it was maybe the fact that the old town is a 20 min walk, but still, very beautiful accommodation for a good price

Poche righe non possono bastare per descrivere,seppur per una sola notte,il nostro soggiorno presso questo alloggio!!!Pulizia,chiavi consegnate in anticipo,appartamento arredato con mobili nuovi,funzionali,e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili(addirittura l'asciugatrice).Se pensate di visitare Matera,il cui centro dista esattamente 10 minuti a piedi,alloggiate qui,e ne sarete più che soddisfatti!!!

L’appartement est très bien aménagé et agréable. Il y a du café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner rapide le matin. Il y a assez d’espace et c’est confortable. L’hôte est également très gentil et disponible.

L’emplacement est assez éloigné du centre historique à pied (30 min jusqu’aux “Sassi di Matera”). Le WiFi était malheureusement indisponible et il n’y a pas un minimum de savon/shampooing, ce qui est toujours pratique. Nous sommes restés une nuit et malheureusement les voisins ont également été très bruyants jusque 2h30 du matin, ce qui est assez compliqué quand on veut endormir bébé.

Nice modern apartman. Well equiped kitchen. Breakfast was prepacked croissants with nutella and jam and we also got coffee and tea which was nice. The host was nice but didn't speak English.

The location is quite far from the old town (Sassi) about 25 minute walk. The walls are thin, we could hear every step of the upstairs neighbors which were really loud! The train also runs really close and it is quite loud.
