The studio was well presented and clean and comfortable

I didn't know how to access the key when we arrived so luckily the neighbour was there to explain as the owners don't live on site

The unit was bright and airy and appeared to be newly refurbished.

I felt it was expensive for what it was. We couldn’t get the heating on the reverse cycle air conditioner to work. Small plates would have been good as there were just two large dinner plates.

We have no meal option in our booking.

There was a cockroach crawling on the wall. It was very difficult to find the entrance driveway at night because it was totally dark.

A very attractive &(spanish)styled house, location is ideal close to town center only 200m walk..& beach is only 3-400m. The Lovely front apartment which can sleep up to four also had a beautiful cobblestone courtyard with a covered porch with plenty of seating & also an outside fireplace if you so desired to light up is an extra very few places have. The entire site has excellent top quality paving & car parking areas.

Nothing was disliked, the apartment was perfectly situated for a whangamata stay.

Tidy. Both bed and couch were comfortable.

No milk, no tea bags (apart from green tea), have to say for the cost it wasnt worth it, it was a last minute stay due to a sick family member in the area.
