Jacuzzi in roomdoes not have hot water but is not a big deal

Listing promotes private jacuzzi but hides the size. It's a foot spa no more. Worse is the foot spa only has cold water. As for showers, we only enjoyed 30 seconds of hot water per day. We had expectations for a queen sized bed. It's a double and it is hard. Construction noise. Car alarm went off several times a day. Was not advised the necessity to wear plastic bracelets at booking. Having possession of them was not sufficient for staff who was adamant we wear them at all times.

Long drawn out process of checking in. WIFI spent the whole evening waiting for WIFI to work. Felt like I was in some sort of prison with hand bands etc.

The decor and size of the apartment is nice. It had a home feel and was relaxing. Great lighting. Clean home and I felt comfortable (there was some mold in the shower which they addressed immediately). I liked the large wrap around balcony. Issues we had were addressed quickly so that was appreciated. The rooftop pools were nice and clean. Walking distance to food and beach. Go above on security measures with guests

Private jacuzzi does not have hot water nor the jacuzzis on the roof. (I would confirm with the property if the rooftop jacuzzi’s just weren’t working properly at the time and should have had hot water). Dropping off trash is in an unmarked location- would be helpful to have some signs. Main bedroom has really small bed. I did not like having to wear a wristband during the duration of my stay, I don’t like having on display where I am staying while I am out in the city and it was not comfortable wearing. The property should consider other options. The view off our balcony was full of trash below, not a pleasant view.
