Furthermore, staff had lost the reservation and had no way to look up the booking.com confirmation number I provided so checkin took 30 minutes.

Rooms are Big and Clean, staff very accommodating and friendly

A little far from the Malecon area but still surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants..No A/C

Great spacious rooms.

Faucets need replacement very old. Beds are comfortable, but they are noisy.

Big rooms, hot shower, 24/7 security guards that watch your vehicle.

Wifi was not working. Laptops can't even connect. If you're lucky you phone might, but it's slow. If you complain about it and your room is near the reception you can use the reception wifi. Distance to the town center was a big far (This is partly by choice, but an almost 2km walk was a bit farther than expected - Not really the hotels fault)
