Very quiet and beautiful, great communication with management

Amazing home. Clean. Tons of space. Stocked kitchen (essentials like spices, pots, utensils etc..). Fire sticks signed on with guest profile. Great location, great pool. Beautiful setting. Pet friendly. Vacasa was prompt with troubleshooting and very responsive! Loved it!!!! Can't wait to go back!

Only 2 cars allowed but Huge driveway, cigarette butts in back yard, firewood not provided as advertised. Very limited hot water. Unable to adjust temp without contacting company but once contacted, they were very helpful and fast!

I like the pool and facilities out side the house.

The house was nice, but a lot of dust and smell very bad mold coming from the basement. My old son has a chronic asthma and he not feeling good at there. I was think the house is supposed have a play area inside the house, but is not. The internet and the master bedroom and living room tv do not work properly. Internet work friday night only. And then Saturday night we make the living room TV work but the internet doesn't, have to use my hot-spot to watch some tv. Not have kitchen pans. The kids have little disappointed.

The center where all amenities were was nice.

This property is Falsely advertised. The pool, game room, Theater room and courts are not at the house but at the house/Center across the street. The house is Roach Infested. My family and I left our bags in the car and on top of the washing machine with hopes of nothing getting inside of them. we shook everything we had inside out before leaving. Linen, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils were dirty. the cleaning lady came the second day to throw away all bedding and went to Walmart for new everything for the rooms. The kids were not comfortable to sleep in the rooms or sleep period. The only communication I received was from the cleaning ladies. They couldn’t move us and we haven’t heard from anyone about a refund or anything. This was the worse experience every. The cleaning ladies said they need to shut it down. There is so much more said and done but conclusion is I am taking Vacasa to court.

The house was beautiful and made us feel like home! There was nothing missing, stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend! The grounds had a beautiful clubhouse with tons of amenities in it!

clean, spacious, close to what we needed, private and great amenities!

TVs were either hard to operate or not working properly.

Love the quiet area and the amenities offered.
