This is the perfect vacation home and we will 100% be back!

Wow how can I begin and end about this VRBO?? It was amazing and so relaxing.... this was the first time we weren't right near the beach but this home offered so much more and we didn't miss a beat. Thanks so much to Sean and his team they were AMAZING too which made the experience even that much better. I can not think of one thing that was missing in the house for the 9 nights we stayed!! If you want to enjoy the family, the sun and the hotub/pool then book this amazing property.

The house was exactly as pictured. We had an error in the alarm system that caused the AC to go down for 3 days of our 18 days (85 deg inside at night). Aside from those hiccups, the property is amazing and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend the house if you are wanting to stay in the poipu area.

This property has everything you could want in a rental home. The grounds and furnishings are pristine. The kitchen is well appointed. The pool, heated spa and views to the ocean are 5 stars. We have stayed in Poipu before and this location is the best. You have quick access to beaches, shopping and restaurants in Poipu and Koloa. Plus a huge neighborhood to explore on foot with walking paths. While there is significant construction happening in the neighborhood, including next door, we didn’t find it bothersome. The crews were very conscientious. What also enhanced our experience was the property management company. The details they provided in their welcome email of all the provisions included (e.g., locally sourced shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, TP, coffee filters, salt & pepper) helped with packing and shopping. Plus, a welcome package of wine, and local coffee and snacks was a nice surprise! Concierge service is included and they were very proactive in reaching out to encourage advance bookings, which are absolutely necessary. And when we accidentally broke the blender pitcher, they delivered a new one right away. Thanks Sean! All around, top notch service. We would definitely recommend this property!
