What a beautiful property and excellent location. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Property managers were very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a gem. Great floor plan, lots of space, and a wrap around balcony that has a spectacular view. Plus we could walk everywhere. We loved it!

Daughter graduated in May, but needed to wait to December after her first semester at college and my week of vacation to take the trip. Family of 5. Real nice time. Condo was really, perfect. Location better than I anticipated. The unit had EVERYTHING! Enjoyed the pool, the beach, the grills. Really fun family trip.

Very clean, well appointed property as advertised. Central location in close proximity to beaches, oceanfront walk and shopping. We'd definitely return.

Condo was on a golf course, near pool/jacuzzi. Very comfortable for 6 adults (3 couples). It was a 15 minute walk to the Shopping Center and a 20 minute walk to the beach path/close to Elua Beach. Condo had everything you needed for beach-chairs/towels and provided toilet paper and paper towels that lasted the full 10 days we rented which is more than most vacation rentals. Property manager was very responsive. Kitchen is well stocked. AC worked well. We had two cars with 1 assigned parking spot and close guest parking for the other, no issues with getting a guest spot in Oct. I would definitely recommend this Condo.

I always enjoy staying in this unit because of the location in the complex. It was extremely quiet with low occupancy rate in Maui because of the Lahaina fire, and no one below us until day we were leaving. In previous bookings there, noise from lower unit has been a factor. Unit is well equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am sad that I have to write this review because it means that our stay has ended. The pictures don't do this rental justice. It is huge!! We stayed with our kids and my mom, and there was enough space for everyone and it didn't feel cramped. The Lanai overlooking the pool with ocean views was one of the most utilized spots in the condo. The condo is very tastefully decorated with a modern island vibe. The furnishings were comfortable and in good repair, the towels were fluffy and the linens on the beds were the right weight for the temperature which is always appreciated. The rental was clean and well cared for. We utilized one of the two pools on the property and it was warm and inviting. The BBQ area was clean, well taken care of and not busy. The rental was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay including beach umbrellas, chairs and even a couple of coolers. The only recommendation I would make would be to have some plastic dishes (cups/plates/platters) as we did want to enjoy dinners by the pool but no glassware is allowed within the pool area for obvious reasons. The rental management company was great to deal with and very responsive to messages. We were looking for BBQ tools and when we couldn't locate any, they promptly dropped some off. There was roof work occurring while we were there and the management company was proactive in ensuring that we knew about the work happening prior to us arriving and gave us the option to cancel. They even ensured that we were informed well ahead of time of our new parking spot when construction started on our building. We enjoyed the rental's location immensely. It was close enough to walk to some of Maui's most beautiful beaches as well as some shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed Lappert's for ice cream after a sunny day at the beach many times during our stay. We found this rental to be 10/10 and will absolutely book it again in the future when we return to Maui.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and the sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. Our only issue was the noise coming from neighbors downstairs or at the pool past 10pm when we would try to go to sleep.

Amazing location- right next to the golf course with views of the ocean from the balcony. Large living area and well appointed kitchen and amenities.

Easy check in process. Door code given which turns on at 4pm check in time. Management company very easy to contact and responsive before and during our stay. Condo was as pictured on website. Had everything we needed to cook meals including spices and most any kitchen utensil you can think of. Washer and dryer were in working order. There were some minor housekeeping things missed such as finger nails on the nightstand in the master bedroom, black stains on one of the white bath towels, and what appeared to be some make up on the top bed cover. This unit was next to the pool and therefore we could hear people talking and kids yelling throughout much of the day. However, we were gone a lot, so it was ok. But if you like to take naps in the day or just generally enjoy the peace and quiet, this might not be the condo for you. Parking was convenient and it was near shopping in the Wailea area. Great condo overall though and would recommend.

This property was very nice. Right next to the pool with super clean barbecue pits. It’s a short drive to the beach but an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Very pretty area with all the trees. Great host and nice updated condo!

We booked this property for our family to stay during our wedding week. It was perfectly situated right in the heart of Wailea. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit pretty much had everything that was needed and was enough space for adults to spread out. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone in our family of six loved this property! Super-clean, very nicely furnished down to the little details such as perfect soft fluffy towels. We plan to stay here again.

You can even see the whale spout. I really appreciate Sam who kept us informed and being available to answer any questions that we had.

We rented 2 units at Grand Champions and Jessica’s was definitely the nicest — its corner location was quiet and offered great views. The 3 bedroom layout was spacious and tastefully decorated. And thoughtful touches like welcome leis and a fruit basket made us feel like we were at a luxury resort. Highly recommend this as a superior Grand Champions unit.

This large lanai looked over golf course and there was a significant ocean view in the distance. The unit was close to several Wailea beaches and not far from big beach or Kihei were our friends were at. I wished the unit had a working vacuum because I was battling the sand we tracked in. The host was very welcoming and even provided a sweet welcoming basket complete with orchid leis. Our stay was tremendous , highly recommend this unit and it’s location.

Clean, well maintained great size for 6 adults and beautiful location on a golf course and walking distance to the mall and beach. Really happy with our pick and will def stay again on our return to Maui.

We stayed with good friends and it was just perfect! Enough space and very clean. Our view was sooo beautiful. We also had the pool next to the condo so that was perfect!

Great location, solid amenities in the condo, and fantastic communication with the host. Will definitely be coming back.
