This was my first time to South Padre. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay while I was there. Great house with lots of space and amenities. Close walk to the beach or stores and anything you wanted to explore. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a place.

Our family has been visiting South Padre Island for over 10 years. This house is by far the best we've ever stayed at. This is not your typical vacation rental. Lots of space. You're not tripping over one another. Large bedrooms set up to relax when needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and the furniture is upgraded from what you normally see. Light, bright, relaxing and so enjoyable. The location can't get any better. Walking distance to almost everything. The pool is perfect size under a couple large palms trees. Thank you, everybody. Can't wait for next time.

Great location near the beach

Wonderful place, we had really good time. One of the bathroom was not clean but everything else was really nice.

Excellent vacations, our family trip was unforgettable, the house is perfect, very clean, to spacious, pretty, confortable, very close to the beach. The pool size is perfect for kids and adults. Definitely I will be back to this house. Thanks for everything.

We spent a whole week at this house and loved it. It is a convenient walk to the beach access point. The house is spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen came fully stocked and the beds were comfortable enough. We will definitely rent this property again.

We loved the location-short walk to the beach. Home definitely met our needs. We did have an issue with tiny ants around trash can. Would suggest spraying. If we ever return to SPI we would go back

This was the perfect house for a family getting away. 8 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room, nice pool and very close to beach entry. Bunk beds would probably be fine for children, not so much for adults. :-) But still a great stay.

This is our seventh rental at South Padre Island, and, by far our favorite! It was perfect for our family of nine, six adults—3 kids. Very clean, spacious, short walk to beach, great pool, and pet friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

I was extremely hesitant to leave a review for this property, only because I don't want this place to be filled up for future visits! To start, what an amazing layout; I can see this as a perfect place if gathering multiple families with kids (one room has two full size bunk beds and its own bathroom) or just a group of friends getting together to hang out and enjoy all the things that SPI has to offer. It is centrally located to so many things; walkable to great restaurants, bars and fun things to do. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the deck in the front and the pool looks like it was just completely redone (it was raining, so didn't get to jump in). Often when you stay in rentals it seems like people just fill it with old furniture they don't want any more and it just seems cluttered; this place was decorated so well, with just the right amount of furniture to feel cozy (so many separate “hang out” spaces). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every tool you could possibly need. The weekend we stayed it happened to be the absolute rainiest 3 days I think in Texas history; it was awesome to have such a great space to hang out in! We will be back!

It was a great rental house. Having a door directly to the backyard from a bedroom was a huge plus as I had two dogs with me. Everything was stocked well.

Great location, really short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed. Plenty of cooking supplies. Loved that the pool had a shade covering.

This beach house was the perfect family vacation spot!. We will definitely be making an annual trip. Location to the beach was so close! Right next to beach access 1. You could see and hear the waves from the front top balcony. It was so peaceful to start the morning and end the evening on the front balcony. We even saw fireworks from the balcony. The short walk to the beach was convenient with our group because kids could split up and walk back to the house or beach if needed. The house had so much space for our group. The bedrooms had plenty of space to spread out and lots of space to gather in the main areas. The bathrooms are large. The beds were all very comfortable and nicely decorated with a updated beachy feel. The entire house is spacious, cute beach vibes, large kitchen, a large pantry to store all your weeks groceries. If you forget anything; CVS is located a block from the beach house. The private pool was perfectly landscaped with shade and sun. We loved hanging by the pool all hours of the day. Sitting on the front porch balcony with coffee and watching the sunrise, to relaxing by the pool with palm trees and a cocktail were some of our most relaxing times. The house is located on the end of gulf blvd. so it's a very quiet location. We liked having the view of gulf blvd to people watch from the balcony. There is a 2 mile (one way) marked off pedestrian trail for runners, walkers bikers, skaters, etc. We enjoyed using this trail to run since it was partially shaded during the day and its protected from cars. Great to take kids with you too. One evening my husband and I were able to leave the kids with my parents and walk over to the Restaurant right by our beach access. It was so nice to scoot over there and to be so close to the beach. Nightly walks for crab hunting and morning walks occurred a lot because of the proximity to the beach. The outdoor shower and hose by the front door was nice to rinse off after being at the beach. There is also a upper back balcony where you can grill your dinner and catch a glimpse of the gulf and causeway. I would highly recommend staying here!

This house has the perfect location!!! So close to the beach,restaurants, shopping,etc. the property was very clean and well maintained. Had a small issue when we first arrived called SPI and maintenance was there in minutes to resolve the problem. We had a great time and hope to return soon. I will be using SPI rentals for my next rental.

My family and I had a great time. Pet friendly house . The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. Fridge was really cold. There was an ice chest in the pantry . There was two dining tables. The gas grill was right outside the kitchen in the balcony with stairs going down to the pool. The pool was very clean. We really liked the shade that was there. I really liked that there was many exit doors to the pool and the house. The place was so close to beach access 1 , to McDonald's and cvs so convenient. The house was very clean . The booking was quick and the instructions to get in the house were very easy. We all enjoyed our stay here . Will be looking forward to book here again in the future.

Perfect location! Two families of four and we had plenty of room. We had a blast!
