Property was as described and more. Very quiet and secure. Short walk to the beach and easy to access any nightlife, restaurants etc. The condo was very clean, all amenities you would need was provided. Plenty of hot water, ac worked great and bed was comfortable. View of the ocean was great. You can see the sunrise and the sunsets. All workers very polite. We definitely will stay here again.

The condo is in an unfinished property so there is constant construction noise going on. The elevators were out of service so we had to carry our stuff up 4 flights of stairs. The second bathroom didn't have a working toilet which we were unaware of. Also the road leading to the property is unfinished so you end up on a dirt road that is mostly sand to get to the condo. It rained out first night there so it was all mud and we were afraid to get stuck in the mud. Also got charged extra after our checkout due to the couch being dirty from the ocean, (sand on the couch from our clothes) so the owner charged us to reupholster the whole couch. I was never notified of the extra charges I just noticed them on my bank statement. I reached out to property manager and they notified me that the couch was dirty so they had to reupholster it. They charged me an additional 600 American dollars for these "damages" and when I asked for receipts due to the cost of damages being higher than the whole cost of the stay there. The property manager never replied and just ignored my requests. I have stayed in different locations in Rocky Point on several occasions and have never experienced this kind of service so just be aware of these details as you go forward with your booking.

The security guards are friendly and there is a convenience market on site which was helpful for quick needs. Lid Concha’s has a Sandy beach just up the shoreline
