It was great staying, close by local facilities and tourists places to visit

Overall we made the most of it and got used to the flaws in the house. Insects (flying ants mostly) were an issue; holes in flywire screens throughout - there is no aircon so windows needed to be opened most of the time. You'll have black soles on your feet if you don't wear thongs in the house (need a thorough clean). Vacuum was broken with attempted sticky tape fix (no replacement offered when we advised management); imagine over a week's worth of insects, sand and general dust build-up (lucky I bought a handheld vacuum). Upstairs bedroom/bathroom has a constant musty off smell (we closed it off with the hallway door). The courtyard has the dingyest worn-out fake lawn layed (not somewhere you'd relax). I could go on about it other things, but you get the point. It was alot of money to stay there and it didn't feel like we got what we were expecting. We'll be more carefully choosing a place next time. All the best!

The property is tired and in need of upgrading. Bedrooms do not have adequate window coverings to stop light shining in. This does not allow for a peaceful nights sleep. Some lights were not functioning and the oven/ cooktop needs replacing - oven door did not close properly and the flame on the cooktops could not be adjusted - there was not difference between high and low. Showers require refurbishing. Floors were not cleaned as we found rubbish under the bed in the upstairs bedroom. Flyscreens/ windows need cleaning - cobwebs and dirt evident. Doors were difficult to lock. Fridge is too small. Property is on a main road with constant traffic noise. This is not indicated in the property description and is a significant downside to the property. Overall a disappointing stay and would not recommend or return. While you expect to pay a premium for this time of year it is definitely not value for money.

Good location, plenty of space. Slightly dated and in need of a refresh, but overall a comfortable place to base yourself for a holiday in Mollymook.
