Location was perfect, there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids.

We have stayed in this property a couple times and we have enjoyed it. Only 2 pieces of feedback would be that the hot water heater needs to be turned up a bit and the TV is extremely hard to get connected to any streaming services. Don't stay here to watch TV because it won't happen but otherwise a wonderful property. Clean and great response from property management.

Seven family members stayed at this house to witness a nephew's Army 'Going Green' ceremony at Ft. Moore. First evening we used the grill but it was filthy. Two propane tanks but both felt empty, so we used charcoal. The house is spacious, but there's not enough seating for seven people. We had to hunt for towels and no bar soap was provided in the bathrooms. Even a cheap hotel gives you that. The TV was NOT hooked to cable or satellite and I had a big problem with this because the 'amenities' list implied there WAS TV available. This is false advertising. I sent two messages about the TV and got no response. Really? No TV? Even the worse motel room offers TV with actual channels to watch. I paid $445/night for this? We also ran low on toilet paper and I requested more, but again, no answer from the management company or owner. Inexcusable. Apparently, we're supposed to use toilet paper we brought with us? The worst part is that we discovered there are two cameras INSIDE the house! One of our guests found a picture online that was an exact match for the two cameras we saw inside the kitchen and living room. Apparently, they didn't contain audio but who wants to be watched and/or recorded? This is SO creepy. If you plan a trip to Columbus, think hard before renting this place.

The house was clean and spacious ! The neighborhood was quiet and good for walking. On the other hand, the furniture is OLD and some not very sturdy. Also the mattresses need updating as everyone complained about how very uncomfortable the mattresses were. One of the beds even squeaked at every turn. We will not stay at this house again unless the furniture and beds are updated.

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood! Huge, comfortable house with lots of room to visit and sleep. Smooth process and friendly management with quick replies to questions. I’d stay here again in a minute! Very clean!

This property was stocked well, clean and we had great customer service from the owner which lived nearby. If you're staying in Columbus or have military family at Fort Benning, this is a great spot. It had all the main things from home which are needed. Highly recommend this home.

We rented the house for my son in law’s greening ceremony. The home was a wonderful place to hangout, eat and visit. We had two small children and it was perfect for naps! We were a party of 10 and everyone was comfortable. We would love to rent again for the next graduation!

This is a great property, lots of room. The owners messaged me back right away when needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
