Host was very responsive. Check-in was easy peasy! But mostly this house is so lovely. You can tell its been renovated with cate and intention. Every drawer and cabinet is labeled! So organized! Adorable backyard. We were there for the Gem Show and this house is perfectly located for easy access to all the shows. Highly recommended

The owners know how to create a welcoming environment. The location of this house is relatively close to downtown. It was easy to access the main streets. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only sound that affected my sleep was the train whistle. There’s not much that can be done about that and I was the only one bothered by it. Since it was the Christmas season, the neighbors decorated by putting cows on the roof. So creative! The house was very clean and had modern finishes. It had a very comfortable living room and good-sized kitchen. The kitchen was not used much, but had everything needed and well-marked for easy location. The beds were comfortable and the heat pump kept the temperature pleasant. The closets are a little small, but that would only be an issue for a long term rental. The bathrooms had little bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. like you would find in a hotel. There were towels, washcloths and hand towels for each person in our party. The backyard was nice with well-arranged sitting areas and a privacy fence. Here are some things to be aware of….The entry code is a little funky, make sure to press the numbers slowly and accurately. The water may take a little time to warm up, so run it for a few minutes. On a final note, if this rental could be compared to a college term paper, it would receive an A.

Nice house. EVERYTHING is labeled. It is very clean and well kept. The owners are very easy to reach and respond quickly. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in good condition. The only issues were that the water got warm, but not hot and there is a dog nearby that barked constantly so sitting outdoors was not as relaxing as it could have been. The front door lock was a frustration and can be very confusing even with the good explanation from the host. We loved the place and would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is safe, clean and has everything we need. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Tucson.

From the moment of check in, we have been impressed and grateful for all the thoughtful touches to this property. You’ll be hard pressed to find any rental as clean and well stocked with everything you need and such a great location. The hosts thought of everything. It really does feel like what vrbo intended- like you’re a guest in someone’s home. It’s a peaceful retreat that is beautifully appointed. The dog run was also an added bonus, as was the great work space in the main room for remote work. I also want to add, that the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our family from day 1. The amount of amenities for parents of young children, is more than I expected. Just like the rest of the home, the hosts have thought of what you’d need for a toddler/young children. I can’t think of any thing that could have made the trip any better and or feel any more cared for than we do. We can’t wait for our next trip to Tucson! Thank you!! 😊

This home was perfect for my family. Not only was it exactly as advertised, it had multiple additional amenities such as TVs in every room with access to cable and Netflix, a cabinet full of amazing board and card games, and easy entry access. We would stay here again 100%. Thank you to the Hosts!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for my family and 2 dogs with a great backyard and covered patio. Everything was super comfortable and well labeled. They really thought of everything! House was easy to get to and super convenient for UofA access. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Only stayed one night, but we were so impressed by the little touches throughout that made it incredibly comfortable. We did have an issue with the water, but the owner was quick to respond. Very happy to have stayed here on a much-needed respite over a long drive.

We (4adults) stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been happier. We were all blown away by the attention to detail. There was not one thing that the owner hadn’t planned for from baby equipment, clear markings on everything, a well equipped laundry room to a completely stocked kitchen with everything one might need. The home was immaculate, well decorated and comfortable. The outdoor area in the back is awesome too and perfect for a family or to entertain. The neighborhood was very quiet as well and central to many tourist destinations. The home owners were wonderful and got back to me immediately when I had a question. Check in and out were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend!

This house has lots of little touches that make it a great vacation home. Located in a quiet neighborhood near I-10 and downtown. The house has lots of extra amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Lots of seating space outside. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is immaculately clean, sofas and bedding were plush and comfy (adjustable beds), and location is quiet/residential while being walking distance from several good restaurants/cafes/bars. This property has everything you need and more! It was quite roomy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked too! These hosts have literally thought of everything. This VRBO was excellent. We stayed here for a month. There was lots of little extras like plastic wrap and spices which we appreciated not having to run out and buy. The first morning we were at Thomas’s place we looked all over for a tea kettle. We contacted Thomas and he bought one along with tea. The backyard was fantastic! We hope to stay here again next year.

Thomas’ house was a great place for a family trip to Tucson. They had all the amenities we needed for our family including our 1 and 3 year olds, and communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The location was close to the university and Reid park/zoo, and convenient to getting around town.

My three young children, husband and I stayed here for 10 days over Christmas and the house was ideal. Extremely well appointed, charming, great, super central location. The hosts were excellent communicators and responded within minutes of my several questions during the stay. Highly recommend!

What was supposed to be a week with family (which it was) with Thanksgiving dinner with our WC and our Ramie flying in from Colorado St turned into a gathering of family and friends (18 total). This was a great, clean home. Had plenty of amenities for any need that might arise on a vacation. Close to the university and plenty of restaurants as well.

Came for my freshman’s family weekend at u of a. Perfect house to share with master on one side of house with privacy. Home had everything we needed and fantastic back yard. i wish we could have utilized the back. Loved all the details of the home.. I’ll try to book again for future stays.

My family was in town for a funeral, and I’m so grateful we found this lovely home to stay in. It is beautifully remodeled with very high end finishes and decorating. It is the most organized home we have ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in countless homes all over the country). Every item is clean, brand new and in perfect working condition. Thomas Nogales is extremely responsive and flexible. The location is very central to all Tucson has to offer. Thank you for making a difficult time for my family so comfortable.
