Nos asignaron un cuarto que no servía la cerradura de acceso al cuarto motivo por el que tuvimos que ir a Reccepcion reiteradas veces para que me abrieran el cuarto y el control de la TV no servía

No respetaron mi reservación dijeron que ya no querían trabajar con Booking y no me dieron los cuartos. Segunda vez k hace eso este hotel. Invitado a jamás volver

around 1:00 am, big knocking noise waked all us up. It last 15 minutes. you know what we felt. and what's more, around 4:00 am. someone bang bang bang .....on the door and got us awake again. Can you believe it. It's a plumber coming to fix flooding toilet and knocking wrong door. Whose fault was it is not important to me any more but it exposed management lack. A sticker with right room number to plumbers will do and avoid the case that the whole pot of delicious soup was ruined by a rat drop.

Todo, excelente trato y súper cómoda la habitación. Y desayuno básico pero riquísimo! 🙌🏼

Breakfast was alright

They are always trying to keep my deposit and always messing up my reservation not once have I gone n had a good visit because someone is always bugging me and trying to kick me out for no reasom

Clean and good value

Some of the food ran out before the 9am breakfast cutoff. Coffee also ran out.

Las instalaciones de la habitación estaban bien, cama cómoda y baño muy bueno

No me gusto que la habitación olía mal, la televisión no es smart TV, pasan muchas personas extrañas por fuera, el horario de desayuno esta muy reducido, no alcanzamos nada
