Great location with an amazing view of the sea.

As soon as you open the front door of Wave Cottage, you know it is somewhere special. Light and airy, with beautiful views of the beach, sea and sky. Tastefully furnished, with everything you could want for a self-catering holiday. This was my second visit to Wave Cottage: the first was for a family occasion with my daughter and 9-year-old granddaughter; this time, I was on my own for a relaxing, post-winter, short break. Wave Cottage worked perfectly for both.

Just spent a lovely week at Wave Cottage. We loved everything about it - the location is perfect and the house is lovely. Folkestone is just the right distance for a walk and being able to walk all the way along the seafront is a bonus. The Harbour Arm is fabulous with great places to eat. Dungeness is also a lovely day out and the Fish Hut has brilliant food. Thank you Sal for the warm welcome, the cold rose and delivery of the highchair! The C Family, September 2022

Nothing, everything was great.

The host was super friendly and helpful before during and after the stay and we felt very welcome - a great start! The house was lovely and well equipped and the beds were comfy. The stand out feature is of course the location - literally backs on to the beach which was amazing

Far more expensive than a hotel - would love to do it again but too expensive, sadly.
