The host was fantastic, I was running late and very tired after a hospital visit. She helped me find the house and made sure I got in OK. Spotless room, with own shower and toilet, plenty of very hot water, extra towels. This is very convenient for Southampton Central hospital. The room had a kettle with coffee sugar and tea.
Someone larger or taller would find the toilet cramped to sit on, I just fit, and it's right in front of the shower which is awkward. But was all spotlessly clean.

I was booked for a one night stay I arrived late and found a few issues with the room Monica Immediately called me and set it all right. Anyone willing to dig out like she has for me is definitely worth it.
Shop practically next door and 7 minute walk to where my wife was staying in hospital
Given I had issues it would be unfair to comment the shared bathroom and toilet relies heavily on other occupants keeping it clean

Having a kettle in the room was lovely, comfy bed, tv. Clean, bathroom & kitchen all really nice. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Pillows hard and the bed only I big towels so we had to share the internet was very variable and not good it suited us as only a one night stay but location was good for us to see family but not any think to do in the area

On street parking, Where even during sleep you will be worried about penalty from council, That wrecked all my comfort, TV remote/ TV not working, Reported but no actions taken. I was advised to enter quietly because of late check in, But floor all around is very squeaky.

The property had everything you needed. Kettle tea& coffee and towels were provided.

It was spotlessly clean
To me it was a noisy road. Probably because I’m not used to traffic noise.
It was noisy with guests coming and going in the early hours 3am onwards. If your a heavy sleeper it probably wouldn’t bother you.

Nice keypads for access to home and individual rooms, well equipped kitchen (even a wok!), clean and orderly fridge, convenient shared bathroom next to our room 5. Nice to have a sink in our room. Convenient to ride bus 17 into town.
The room is quite small, which we knew from the pictures.
