The rental house was a perfect setup for multiple families vacationing together. You had the privacy of your own suite but also had wonderful common areas to hang out and play games when you wanted to be with others. It was close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach

This is a beautiful home and close to beaches, however it’s built in the middle of a ghetto. It’s really strange because across the canal there are nice homes but on this side of the canal, the neighborhood is ROUGH. I wouldn’t let my kids walk around the area nor did I feel comfortable going for a run. Instead I would drive to a different part of the area about 10 min away and run there. Not a big deal but this is t a place you can bring small kids and let them ride bikes or hand out in the front yard. That said, if you are going to drive everywhere and spend time in a locked home at night hanging out with the kids and family this place is great.
