We loved our stay! The beach was super accessible and the condo was perfect. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Host was great at communicating everything we needed to know! Definitely will have to come back!

Our stay at Spanish Sol in St. St Augustine was perfect. Condo was super, all the amenities anyone could or would possibly need. Erin, the owner, treated us like family. She was considerate, attentive and went way beyond what one might expect when renting and staying at a condo. Would I stay at Spanish Sol again, the answer would be an astounding, YES!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying in Erin's condo. Our goal was to relax and enjoy the beach, and that we did!
The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need: beach essentials, kitchen gadgets and spices, bath extras.... The condo was as described, very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, a short walk to a beautiful beach and afternoons by the pool (which was also very clean and refreshing) It was the perfect getaway. We highly recommend a stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Spanish Sol. This was our first visit to the St. Augustine area and this condo was the perfect location, only 15 minutes from downtown. If you are going to go "see the sights" I would recommend getting the the Tour Pass, as there is an entry fee for pretty much everything! It may help to save some money. It was a short walk to the beach from the condo, there was a great view of the courtyard and pool area and ocean from the porch. The interior of the condo was great, it was very nice to be provided with all the supplies we would need (dish soap, detergent, HBA products and linens). The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well once we set it at a comfortable temperature for us. There were many good restaurants nearby including Saltwater Cowboys, Amicis, Sunset Grille, Bronx House Pizza, Taco Libre, Connollys Shore Grille and Taco Libre!! The food was good at all. It was nice that it was a gated area, but, the key pad for the gate was hard to operate from the car, I had to get out each time to enter the code. I know that isn't the owners fault, but, it was still a little inconvenient. Over all, we would stay here again and want to thank Erin and Jason for having a lovely condo. They are great hosts and very easy to communicate with.

The condo was the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. It included everything you needed beach towels and chairs, laundry & dishwasher pods, coolers, blow dryers etc. The location was ideal a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine and a quick walk to the pristine beach. We were met most days by a tortoise in the sand dunes on our walk to the beach. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit especially because we were there for a month. This condo is everything as described plus more, highly recommend.

We loved the property in Saint Augustine. Beautiful clean, comfortable condo with a wonderful pool, great community and easy beach access. Erin was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach with any questions we had. We visited the beach, took the Trolley Tour, went to the pier and the Light House, ate at some really great restaurants. Everything was within close driving. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful view, listening to the waves while sipping coffee in the mornings. Everyone was friendly. Enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts for the kids. Peaceful walk on the beach each morning!!

Travel there for Thanksgiving week, four adults and two kids. Had a great time, property was as advertised and looked just as the photos showed. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of pots, pans and everything else, which mattered to us as we ate in. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Beds were comfortable, lines clean and new. Nice place! Look forward to coming back.

Our stay at Spanish Sol was all we could have asked for and more. The condo was comfortable and the amenities included made for a most enjoyable stay.
Erin responded immediately to our questions and was very helpful in providing names of restaurants and favorite activities in the area.
The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and exploring historical St. Augustine.

We had a great time at this property. Everything we as listed and the owners went overboard to provide little extras that we didn't expect like coffee and paper products. The location couldn't have been better for us. Easy access to the beach and the attractions in St. Augustine. Erin was an excellent communicator and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We will return for sure.

The condo is clean, well maintained and the hosts were so helpful and quick to respond. I loved that it was on the beach and that we could watch the sunrise from our balcony. Its a short drive to historic St Augustine and the food options were plentiful. We definitely would book here again!

Our family of four (two kids ages 14 & 11) stayed at Spanish Sol this August and had a great time. Condo was perfect size for us - beds were super comfy and having laundry in the master bedroom was very convenient. Deck was great for relaxing along with the pool and beach. Owners were very responsive and helpful with providing local recommendations. Property is exactly as posted. Highly recommend for a family, friends, or couple’s getaway.

Fabulous property and perfect location for a St. Augustine. We brought a lot of items with it that we thought we would need since we drove from Tampa, but this condo had everything already available (including coffee and filters). I would definitely book this condo again for my family.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The property is beautiful and immaculate, and our condo was clean and welcoming, with everything we needed inside! We loved listening to the ocean waves and relaxing at the pool! The neighbors were all so friendly, and the office staff very helpful! Our hostess, Erin, was great, from the reservation process to the check-in/checkout process, even sending us a list of area sightseeing and restaurants! I would highly recommend this property!! Great week with my husband, son & daughter-in-law and our 16 month old grandson. The condo is clean and very well equipped. We appreciated not having to buy things like coffee, dish soap, and paper towels. Also very handy to have washer & dryer available in the condo. We enjoyed chatting on the balcony in the morning before going to the beach. Short walk to the beach was made easier with the beach wagon which our grandson enjoyed riding in. It was also nice to have a few toys in the condo which he enjoyed playing with. We were expecting to find a booster seat which wasn’t there, but other than that, everything matched the description in the listing.
The only small problem we encountered was that the water in the downstairs shower was difficult to adjust- I could have been in & out of the shower in the time it took to adjust the temperature.
Overall, very good experience. We would happily return again!

This is an older facility but was well maintained. Nice pool with a few yards to the beautiful beach. Our unit was well stocked with essentials for cooking. Nice balcony that overlooked pool. Could use some new carpet and a couple new fry pans. Otherwise this place perfect for the four of us.

My wife and I had a very relaxing getaway at St. Augustine Beach. The property was just as described with every convenience we could ask for. The host/owner was responsive and gave great to-do lists prior to our arrival. Love the location. It was quite chilly during our stay so we were not able to enjoy the beach as expected. We felt right at home. The accommodations were perfect for our 3 days at St Augustine. It was our first time visiting the area and the condo was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do and see. Erin was very responsive to our questions.

We had a great holiday getaway weekend. This condo is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my family. Beach was beautiful. Condo was close to so many things to do. St. Augustine is decorated beautifully for Christmas. Owner was a pleasure to interact with. We’ll be back for a longer stay in the future.

Condo was pretty and very tastefully decorated. Very relaxing, comfortable and clean. Felt like home, and you had everything you would need in the condo. Two story with bedrooms upstairs was nice. Complex was pretty and well kept. Owners were great to work with and very responsive! Could be as busy or relaxed as you wanted. Would definitely visit again!! Our communication from day one with our owner was wonderful. There was never more than 15 minutes between communications. The property was beautiful and centrally located. Price was reasonable!

Had plumbing issues when we arrived. Not directly associated with this unit. Upstairs bathroom was not useable. Left when problem could not be resolved.
Owners very empathetic and cancelled our stay and refunded our money
