Only likalble thing is that you can walk to knotts from it in less than 5 mins. And the A/C worker very well. Nice and cold.

Filthy. And that’s putting it nicely. Sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in them. 1 towel in the bathroom for 4 people. When we asked for spare towels, we were given very small pool towels. We stayed for two nights, second night we were told they were completely out of clean towels. There was a man in the parking lot asking my daughter if she wanted to buy smack. (My daughter is 13 and had no idea what that was) there’s a lot of seedy people in the hotel under long term stays apparently. I booked the two nights for $160 but was charged $205 at the hotel. They refused to honor the price from this site which is bs and I hope something is done about this. If everywhere else wasn’t sold out because it was the weekend we wouldn’t have stayed. Also the pool is green and had a visible oil layer on top. Completely disgusting. Also the hair dryer in the room was smashed and left there hanging on the wall to hurt someone.

Restaurants and shopping centers are in walking distance.

The area is bad. Homeless, druggies hangout outside of the motel. My door did not lock properly, so I felt unsafe during my stay.

The room was in a really bad shape the bathroom door didn’t even have a door handle.

Rooms are horrible. Very dirty. During my stay I notice a really bad smell. I started to search underneath the beds with my flashlight and notice animal feces and trash under the bed. The rooms were very dirty and smelled like bleach as if they were trying to mask the smell.

The gentleman at the front desk has great customer service.

The location of this hotel is why I stayed here as well as why I stayed here in prior years. The advantage in staying here was the proximity to Knott’s and they also provided a discount in the past. They used to have a breakfast which became a family joke because it was so laughably poor. The price is very affordable. I appreciate the refrigerator in the room. The staff gave me a rollaway bed at no extra cost. The staff is all very kind, it feels like a family business.

The room felt extremely run-down. Evidence of room damage poorly fixed, renovations done as cheap and mediocre as possible, and a general feeling of being dirty even though it appeared the room had been cleaned at some point prior to our arrival. Security in the room felt like a false comfort. The door appeared shoddy and fragile and the window had a pole in the track, usually a sign of a bad neighborhood. There is no more Knott’s discount, whether that was the hotel’s decision or Knott’s I don’t know but that went into my decision to book this hotel and without that bonus it would be hard to justify staying here again. There tended to be unsavory characters hanging around the hotel as night came on. Even as poor as it was, there is no longer a free breakfast which also is a loss of value.

I liked how economical this location was. Also how close it was to various tourist places.

Unfortunately, the guests next door were super loud, they were fighting and being way too noisy on our final day of checking.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and the location was very close to everything we were planning to visit.

The hotel was pretty run down. My room had a hole punched in the wall, holes in the drapes, and it was sticky and filthy all over the floors and nightstand surfaces. The remote to the television was also missing.

the bed was uncomfortable because it’s not a regular bed frame. the mattress was on a metal grate instead of a box spring.

Everything, the reservations were wrong, the rooms were filthy, one of the rooms had no smoke detector in it, no ice machine. There were drug dealers/buyers hanging out in the parking lot. A couple fighting in the hallway.

common areas were filthy. rooms were questionable at best. linens has burns,tears,and stains. bathroom sink faucet only worked for hot water one of the exit doors was broken. whole place smelled like stale cigarettes.

It's close to Knots. Avoid this place. Never felt so unsafe at a hotel/motel. It's in desperate need of a complete remodel and security on site. We lasted about 15 minutes before we decided to leave. Final straw was probably the broken door locks in a clearly shady place. If I tried to go into more detail it would be too long to read. No clue how this place has a decent rating. No redeeming qualities at all. There is a great YouTube review worth seeking out, wish I had.
