Better than we imagined, beautiful, quiet, so cozy and so much space. Recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to stay again! The management was very helpful we booked two houses a short walk apart.

Was very clean and the outdoor fire and indoor fireplace was great. Convenient location to go hiking in the area and host was awesome about having our dog with us. The house is really open and right next to the river.

Booked this house for the week and very glad we did! So clean, so cozy, great hot tub. As an fyi for others, the river is close in the back, but to get to it there is a patch of woods to walk through. It’s nice to listen to right off the back porch but not easy to dip your feet in or anything. Definitely not an issue for us, and it was so nice to hear the rushing river during the quiet calm days. Tons of fun games and extra DVDs too. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful home with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay. Cons: shower/bath could use a deep cleaning. We chose not to bathe our children in the tub because of this. The outside needs to be pressure washed as there is moss and dirt on the outside walls and deck. The gutters and roof need to be cleaned. This was a safety hazard on the front deck because the rainwater was rushing off the roof causing the deck to be slippery.

Salmonberry is a lovely home with a beautiful view outside. It was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving gathering. We would certainly return.

We booked Salmonberry for a girls weekend getaway and there was plenty of space for us. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook & the rental was very clean. We loved the huge windows in the living room looking out at the forest and river. It is in a really beautiful location and we would definitely go back. Unfortunately the house was not very clean though. We are not picky about this sort of thing but it was definitely not cleaned very well from the previous occupants. The floors were dirty, particularly in the bathroom, with human hair, dirt and dust bunnies. There was also mouse feces in the bathrooms and throughout the kitchen.

It was cozy, yet spacious and the amount of firewood supplied as awesome. We enjoyed our indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit and of course, the hot tub. The kitchen was the bomb. These people have EVERYTHING you could possibly want. The best thing though was the proximity to the Tavern and Mini Mart- walking distance was amazing to enjoy the outdoor beauty.Thank you again everyone for such an amazing retreat to call our own for a few days.

Receptacles in the loft bathroom weren't breaker in bath...tough to find the box but we did. 3. Missing batteries in TV remotes Wifi was the only real problem...otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
