This was our second time staying and the rooms and the staff was amaizing. Actually my 11 year old son was the one that wanted to go back to this hotel. I Was able to use the spa and the massage and facial where great!

Good location and nice decor. Hotel smelt fresh. Staff were smartly dressed. The house keeping were exceptionally good in the morning and evening for turn down service.

Tea bags in the room but no kettle to boil water with. Room very dark due to only half a window. No views worth mentioning. Building from the outside looks like a travel lodge of holiday inn from England. Shower drips and tricky to turn on. Sink didn’t drain properly for over an hour. Cheap bathroom scales. Aircon in the gym didn’t work. No water available when I arrived. Massive hole in the ceiling. Poor level of equipment. No one to greet you on arrival or to help with luggage. The guy on reception had to come out to help us who then also checked us in. Felt a bit sorry for him running around. Offensively loud music in the lobby in the afternoon and evening.
