Pros: House/property gorgeous/clean. Recently renovated/decorated. Kitchen well-stocked, didn't need fridge in the game room, was cold - also utilized the deck. Plenty of room for us to hang out around the kitchen table (would've been outside but was COLD). Extra folding chairs & table downstairs. Firepit area adorable (you need your own firewood). Hot tub is under cover/sizeable. Water low on arrival/quickly taken care of by manager. Views = gorgeous - snowed that Saturday/looked like Hallmark movie. Garbage drop fairly easy - watch out for aggressive squirrels when packing up trash. We were afraid one very large squirrel was going to run in the house or jump in a car. Didn’t put bags in cars until right before we left/immediately closed hatches. Landon himself (after some initial communication issues): super responsive/helpful when we ran into some hiccups. Later checkout on Sunday (11am - just 1 hour extra but helpful). Cons: Listing contradictory re: parking. Limit is 5 cars. Unaware until 1 week prior & giving info on 10 cars. Scrambled to figure out carpools for 13 ppl/3 states = headache. I cried. Membership Fees - weren’t able/allowed use of amenities or community parking. Price is season dep., don’t get charged until cars are reg’d. Avg cost rolled into fees already paid would be nice. Additional $15/car to park in a driveway. Early check-in impossible. Flood lights in driveway burned out or just absent?

The house is lovely. It's steps from the water and the property is very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the deck and the hot tub. We will definitely return.

Beautiful home! We greatly enjoyed the home and all the lake community amenities. Recommendations: screen for screen porch door needs to be repaired, grease collection on deck from grill needs to be removed and grease collection container must be supplied, a dehumidifier for beautiful basement room would be helpful to decrease mildew odor.

The house and property were wonderful. Well stocked for all your needs. The only issue was the stove and oven were very slow to heat but I brought this to management's attention. We would definitely stay here again!
