The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable! The day we checked in was pushing over 90s, they had the AC turned down, the ceiling fan on the house was very comfortable for us. All three bedrooms are very clean, very comfortable very well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, plate silverware everything you needed. Plenty of glasses in the kitchen which was very nice! House is located just off the beaten path, but close enough to be in town within about seven or eight minutes. We had excellent Wi-Fi connection, excellent TV viewing options, overall a very nice say. The only thing that would have made a little better, would have been more outdoor seating. There's a fire pit, but really not enough seats for everyone to set outside and enjoy it as much. But otherwise everything was excellent. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or any comments that were sent their way, overall exceptionally managed.

We loved staying here and wish we stayed longer. Great location, easy and early check in was an added bonus. We loved the cozy cabin and grizzly bear decor. Also enjoyed the added touch of being gifted local Jam!! Very thoughtful of the hosts.

It is like being in the country and house was so comfortable and cozy and most important so clean. The front porch has rocking chairs which we used every morning while reading and having our coffee. It was so comfortable I read an entire book. The location was just a down the road from everything. The appliances were all the best and all in working order. The decorations were awesome. Plenty of towels. Laundry room was perfect for our poms to stay while we ventured out. Thanks so much for making our stay the best property yet while visiting the area. Hope to be back next year.

The place was clean, comfortable beds, decorative that fit in with the surroundings, easy to get to and affordable. Would stay again.

The accommodations were lovely. We only stayed one night as we were passing through. I messaged about traveling with three dogs and they had no problem with it. My adult children loved the video games and the beds were so comfy! Would definitely recommend!!!

As a family who frequently visits Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this is now in our top 3 places to stay. It’s a great location , 2 miles from Dollywood , but feels so secluded. It’s quiet and peaceful with a huge yard for your furry friends ( which our family dog fully enjoyed) or kids. The house was so welcoming. The cleanliness and the thoughtful consideration of the host really shows throughout this home. We had teens with us on this trip and they really enjoyed the arcade games , they actually put their phones down! : ) and let’s be honest my husband and I enjoyed them as well! We all agreed the beds were so comfortable! Which is not always the case , but really matters , so that was definitely a plus for us. We had everything we needed to get started. Paper towels, tide pods, dryer sheets dishwasher detergent, even full size shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in both bathrooms. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware , bake ware, etc. even a few starter spices in the cabinet. It truly was a home away from home and it’s rare to get that when traveling especially to big tourist areas. The host really have a great story and have truly poured their hearts and souls into this home. They are so kind , friendly, and thoughtful. I cannot wait to see the amazing things to come and wish them truly the best. I hope they know they’ve done an awesome job and we will always try to book with them!

Awesome HOME!!! Location, Location, Location!!-- perfect spot to get to anything you want to do in Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. House was well stocked with the essentials you will need. Great having a huge washer and dryer- my wife's #1 Priority in booking a home! And the communication is great with Kim & Logan- I am scale of 1-5 this is a 5+ !!! Hightly Recommended.!!!
