Modern, beautiful home in excellent location. Everything needed was provided.

There were a lot of issues with this trip. The listing description wasn’t accurate stating there are 2 Bluetooth showers which there is only 1. They listed they have a whirlpool which they do not. The shared living space is uncomfortable as they provide you with a broken recliner chair (which has been broken for some time according to the comment book left by other guests) which leaves you with only 1 couch to seat everyone. The ice dispenser doesn’t release ice so there’s that. The floors were dirty when we arrived, we have dirt covered feet every evening from waking around inside. The best part is I had to contact management twice: once because of the slow draining showers which they did fix immediately & then because of these above listed issues & they never bothered to respond to me. I would absolutely not recommend staying at this location.

Had a wonderful time , great place to stay , would definitely book a stay there again if ever in town !!

Clean, easy, golf cart rental recommended. Loved it as usual. Very nice that linens, towels, tp and extra paper towels were included. We have paid much more for much less...pleased

Love the layout. Big backyard for are dog to run around and the strip was so fun.Its are second time up this year and will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much here some things that could make it better would be luggage racks for your suitcase in the bedroom, especially considering there's no closet space… And other bathrooms are very nice and easy to access… There is no where to put your shampoo soap at Cetra in the showers And the ledge of some sort to be able to put a foot up and wash is much needed. Great open space…

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was very clean the beds were comfortable and the kitchen fairly well stocked with utensils. There are two things that could be added to make a person's stay more enjoyable. A table large enough to gather around to play games and eat together and soap caddy in the shower to place your shampoo and soup while showering. Overall we would definitely recommend this property our family and friends.

Pretty easy access to the GOTL strip. Place was clean, modern, well furnished. Backyard is huge. We were traveling with my 5 year old and she loved having her own bedroom and bathroom. I am not a huge fan of barn doors. The bathroom barn doors don't have locks which makes keeping 5 year olds out a bit tricky, but that's the style these days right? Beds were ok. Kitchen/Living room area is gigantic. Lots of space in the common area in the middle of the house. Didnt get road noise at night.

This property was very clean and a great location close to the strip. Our family of five were very comfortable here! Nice large back patio and the set-up with 2 master bedrooms was nice. Everything had been recently remodeled. It was also a short walk to the township playground and not much farther for the strip. The property manager was very quick to respond to an issue that popped up during our stay and trash was removed daily. Don't hesitate to book this property!

Great time on the strip and lots of beach glass at state park beach. The dogs loved the big backyard.

We always enjoy staying at this Sunset Rental. It is a very comfortable cottage.

Great location and backyard,but don’t book if u don’t like pets.We had to clean all floors and bed sheets because of dog hair and the couch n chair smells bad,but still enjoyed our stay after we took care of it.

Very nice place off the strip. Garbage was left in the house. Only small issue. Will stay again.

The house is very nice and clean. Would recommend putting up some hooks on the bedroom or bathroom walls to hold hangers with clothes on them. Drawback is it is quite expensive to taxi to the strip ($5 per person, plus tip, so $25 for our group there, and $25 back). Too far to walk. We went too early in the season, and not many stores were open. Tv is great! All channels, and hulu. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property, huge walk in showers, loved the set up. Our only issue is being charged a cleaning fee and our clothes were covered in pet hair. I understand it is a pet friendly home, which I had no problem with, but we should not have pet hair on us if cleaned properly.

Great property near all the fun at Geneva on the Lake - very short distance from the Lake. Perfect weekend for my niece and her friends.

The two master bedrooms were awesome. Not too many places have two seperate masters. We definetely enjoyed our stay.

It was easy to view the property with VRBO and rent online. The price was great.

This very cute a cozy place was perfect for my husband and I, 2 kids, and our dog. Everything we needed and a quiet place to retreat after swim Districts at Spire Institute. We loved the fireplaces in the rooms!

The house was great for the week we were in Geneva. It was clean, well taken care of and easy to find our way around.

Great few days at this property. So close to dozens of wineries, Lake Erie and very close to the Strip on Geneva on the Lake. This property is very clean and for extended stays very well stocked with anything you might need.

A great location for Lake Erie. Good for year round fun. Close to many wineries, the Geneva State Park and of course Geneva on the lake. Highly recommend this place any time of the year.

Havent been up that way in years. Finding a newer rental in that condition was absolutely fantastic. Clean, great space for dog and family. Keep up the great work. We'll see you next year ( or next hurricane)
