Lovely private studio - had everything I needed for my stay. Added bonus was the pint of milk and packet of biscuits left for me by the host for my arrival :)

Very minor niggle - not a fan of the pillows. Probably personal choice though as I prefer plumper pillows but others might like flatter ones.

Bed was a little small for two people but we managed. Not a deal-breaker.

The location was brilliant, we went on quite a few evening walks by the seafront

Lovely spacious apartment, bed was lovely and comfortable and the little touches of some milk for drinks and a packet of biscuits was appreciated.

No handsoap in the bathroom or blind/curtain at the door to the apartment. The addition of a curtain would have just given a little more privacy

it was very reasonably priced. The decoration and facilities were tired. But it was warm as was the water in the pool.

It was all on the same level but as a person with a disability, the double bed and sofa was too low for me.The bath needed a safe stool or a bench to go over the bath so that I could use it . I needed a bath sheet as the towels were too small. They also needed fabric conditioner as they did not smell very good, although they were clean . The faux grass outside sodden from the rain.

The host was very responsive over sms , provided with milk and biscuits of their own accord and also accommodated an early check in for me on my request , which was very helpful. Good value for money and great location. Comfy bed , kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave and cutlery (although I got my own ) . I am not sure if we have access to hob- I feel having a hob would have been helpful to quickly make a simple meal.

Privacy - Main door is see through glass door , a curtain or some blinds are essential as it has a swimming pool in the area, and there are always people around - I had to create a 'make-shift curtain' with my spare blanket to create some privacy. Issues with Noise Transference - Every movement upstairs can be perceived in the apartment, and can be disturbing whilst asleep or whilst trying to work - but luckily the noise was less during office hours and max during mornings and evenings. I think due to the proximity to the swimming pool and lessons, it would have been better if the walls are made soundproof- as I could hear conversations from outside, and people above .

Great location for a summer break as very close to sea but felt full force of squall during a very wet and windy day. Off street parking available and close to all amenities. We could come and go as we pleased. Host kindly provided milk and biscuits on arrival and Internet connection was good.

A little tired decoratively inside and fairly basic. Lounge seating low and not well lit. Toilet also low but acceptable for short break and for visiting family. Fairly good value for money and a lovely area.

my wife has some minor disabilities and this location was not helpful. the toilet was exceedingly low even I could not get on and off it easily, there is no furniture to allow having a meal ,no table or chairs we had to bring them in from the garden, the sette was of poor quality and to low to be of comfort so we sat in the garden chairs with the settee cuisine. Would not recommend for any elderly or disabled people

Perfect location on the south coast. Excellent bus service.

I loved this place, a rare little find. Such lovely people that have thought of everything, even ice in the freezer. I can't wait to go back again hopefully for 2 nights to really make the most of it. The view 30 seconds from the door I could have looked at all day. Thankyou so much.

Location was amazing. The host was brilliant and helpful. Will definitely go again. Peacehaven is a beautiful area and easy to use as a base to get around from. There is even a pool available on site.

Not much I didn't like as it was all round good.
