The place is just as it looks in photos. Private beach access with a 15 second walk. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the area. We will definitely go back!

The unit is exactly as appears in the listing. The view from the porch is as nice as you can ask for as well.
We spent the majority of our time exploring the area and had a blast. This was a great "home base" from which to do so.
All of the necessary cooking supplies were present as well as plenty of towels for our beach excursions. I strongly recommend spending some time at Stump Pass State Park. There, we were fortunate enough to swim with manatees on multiple occasions, dolphins as well. Snorkeling by the rock jetty we saw numerous species of fish and dozens upon dozens of sea urchins (who curiously enough all wore multiple seashells as if they needed additional armor.) We were fortunate enough to sea a large gopher tortoise while waking a trail. We were able to witness a baby sea turtle make his way from the nest (almost directly in front of the unit) to the water and even saw a full grown one in the water briefly.
This rental proved to be the perfect spot in the perfect location for us!

We loved this condo. It was very clean well stock and just great all around. The location is very nice as well. We had a great time. With one exception. This condo is below another one. Unfortunately for us the people in the condo above were obnoxiously loud. They started smoking pot early and didn't stop until late. They made absolutely as much noise as they could at all times. I know that the owners of our condo can't do anything about the people above us and I don't fault them for it. Just be aware that if the people above you are inconsiderate it may not be quite as peaceful and relaxing. I still give this place 5 stars.

This was our first time staying in this place. It was amazing!! The perfect location, perfect combination of beach (sun) and patio (shade), the front opend up to the patio so we had tons of fresh air. We walked to several different restaurants every night and went to Stump Pass and Middle Beach too. And of course the sunsets were fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again.

Great property at a great location, perfect size for the two of us. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying to views. And having a private beach was nice too. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. We would love to come back again!

My wife and I have vacationed in Florida for over 20 years and nothing compares to the experience we had at this property. The condo is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has many updates. The porch is spectacular. the view stunning, and communication with the owner flawless. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this property and owner a 12.

Absolutely love staying at this beach front condo. We are repeat renters and love the location, private porch, well stocked rental and visually appealing interior and size. A few items could be updated for a more comfortable stay.

We loved this condo and its proximity to the gorgeous beach! So quiet and private! The owner provided everything that was needed. I would recommend updating the beach umbrella but other than that everything was wonderful!

This is such a cute place with a great view. This was our first time on Manasota Key. Sitting on the front porch looking at the water is so relaxing. You even get a feeling of solitude as there is enough foliage surrounding you to block the condos on either side. The furniture is comfortable and everything is updated. I loved that there were condiments in the fridge and k-cups on the counter left by previous visitors. We would definitely stay here, again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo had absolutely everything we needed. Very comfortable, very quiet and very relaxing. Coffee on the porch in the morning, watching the sun rise over the Gulf was the best way to begin our day! It was a wonderful experience!

This condo is on the older side and needs a little attention, but the privacy and location (steps from the beach) make up for it. Manager Rikke is super to work with and it was super clean...so it gets 5 stars from me!! Hope to stay again.......

Stayed a week with my girlfriend, couldn’t have asked for more. The location and property were both amazing. Located right on the beach with your own private beach access. Everything looked exactly like the photos online. Would highly recommend.

We loved this property!! We would move in tomorrow, if someone were to give it to us (haha!)!! The view and closeness to the beach were amazing!! Coffee on the beach or deck were delightful! The location is in walking distance to everything, unless it's the hottest week of the summer (93+ everyday), then a short drive with free parking are no problem! The activities you have access to around the key are wonderful! Several Bucket List items checked off, baby turtles going to the ocean, up close manatees, up close dolphins! The clearest water I've ever swam in, including Mexico! It was simply an amazing trip for my wife and I, and we hope to do it again!!

This immaculate condo was the perfect place for our short getaway. I spent most of my time watching the ocean from the sweet little Porch. The condo was clean and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The bed and linens were super comfortable. It was walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was in a perfect location for beach access and walking to the local restaurants. Sitting on the full front porch felt like sitting on the beach. Truly enjoyed out time there.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great - walkable to bars and restaurants. The property was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings for breakfast and looking at the Gulf and loved being able to walk straight onto the beach.

Such a WONDERFUL place! It couldn’t be any closer to the beach! LOVED the doors that opened up the house to the porch. Clean and comfy. Loved every minute. Great host!

Loved the condo, location and the location. Restaurants close by. Bed was super comfortable, bathrooms very modern and kitchen as well. Dinning chairs so comfortable as well. Glad to have the outdoor shower and storage unit. Just a little difficult to find . It was a great place to stay.

We were in downstairs unit for a two week stay. First week upstairs couple were delightful and very quiet! Second week upstairs was occupied by a family with a toddler and 6 year old and we could hear every step and loud conversation they had between each other. My advise would be to inquire who your neighbors will be during your stay as noise can be an issue.
