Breakfast like a hotel for 20 dollars, very weak. All employees, with the exception of Marko, are rude and have no patience. I went to talk to a Venezuelan employee, she reported to reception that I was talking to her too much. My son and I felt very offended. I asked the reception for information about which distilleries to visit, the receptionist was rude and so I had to go and ask for information at the Hampton hotel, next door, there the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We like the affordability of the Distill-Inn and the location!

Our bed had a spring making a lot of noise any time you moved. The air conditioned was very noisy and sounded like an air plane taking off at times. There is no dresser or closet in the room. We stayed 4 nights while exploring the Bourbon trail and didn’t have a way to put away clothes, so that was annoying. Coffee station was not stocked daily either, which was frustrating.

Clean, convenient, decent breakfast options, bar/lounge area, Dove products, big rooms and comfortable bed.

An iron and maybe a tabletop ironing board would have been nice. No hooks in the bathroom for towels and limited parking. There was extra parking in the back, however, it was not a lit parking area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't do breakfast because we weren't ready in time, went in town before the festival. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and a great size which gave us plenty of room to spread out. I liked the 'wood' floors vs having carpet. The staff was friendly and helpful with luggage as there is no elevator on the property. I liked that staff could quickly supply additional towels/paper products as needed. There is also a small bar to accommodate guests 'late night' after the town closes down.

No closet/storage/drawers, only a small rack in the corner which did allow to hang some clothes. Not a big deal as not having dressers made the room feel bigger.

Bed was a tad high for us older folks ( just a minor inconvenience)

The employees were very nice. The police was very clean and well-kept up. And it was convenient for travel to the different bourbon distilleries.

The hot tub didn’t work. The Internet went out and they weren’t sure when it was gonna be up the day before I left, and the cable was sketchy the last day I was there.

Subdued color scheme created a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bed and a very clean room. Dove skin care products. Good breakfast. Would consider staying again in the future.

On the negative side the TV channel options were limited and the control was not user friendly.

Beautiful Inn, Friendly staff, Very Clean, Comfortable beds, we loved the pillows. Appreciated the quality soaps, lotions, hair and body care.

Needs 2 ice machines, a little better housekeeping, stool left in toilet, hair on the floor, sheet had a dried blood stain.

The staff couldn't have been any kinder or friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and the rate was ideal for a family on a budget. Most definitely will be staying again.

Seems recent update was made to be cosmetic, bones of structure need attention. Toilet bowl not secure on floor. Sink and faucets not clean. Problem with electricity. Updated look is very dark, sparse. Breakfast was not appetizing, eggs and sausage gravy barely warm. OJ dispensed via pitcher requiring user(s) to touch/adjust spout.

The hot tub wasnt working , and that was the reason we chose distill inn. For our 39th Anniversary, in Bourbon country, also tv was very limited on channels, and what did work, would pixellate , twice they were in our room looking at the tv. And once with the cable guy and the problem is in thier whole cable system not just one room,
