Everything was nice but the beds were so hard.

They young lady that check us in was very sweet. Told us about a couple other place we might want to see while we are here. Was super helpful.

Great staff and good breakfast. Only issue I have is the very thin walls and ceilings. I hear every talk or noise made by people next to me. Also, I hear everyone who walks above me.

The check-in was fine. The room was clean, well maintained and up to date. The bed however was horrible! There was still a winter comforter on the bed and the room was hot at night. The pillows were flat and lumpy. Two pillows still didn’t equal one regular pillow. The next day the towels were never changed and we had to go downstairs to get towels because no one would answer the phone. The bed was never straightened. No one had ever checked the room. We took the blanket off the bed and used beach towels I had in the car. Room looked nice when we got there but looks were definitely deceiving.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only issue we had were guests above us that kept running across the floors late into the evening. That was not the hotel’s fault, just rowdy guests.

Staff here very nice and informative about the area. Used laundry facilities, clothes dried in just one cycle! Beds comfortable, pilloq choices good, room very clean and quiet. Breakfast very good. Extended our stay another night easily.

Very clean,appeared new, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast. The apartment smelled a little like carpeting solvent or perhaps cigarettes, but after awhile I got used to it. Very good stay and hotel for the price.

We stayed here last year for elk fest it’s such a nice clean place and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommended. They have a fitness center and salt water pool also breakfast and coffee. You can buy snacks and few frozen food items anytime at front desk.

Very clean and welcoming. Suite gave a family of four room to move about more. Nice indoor pool. Housekeeping staff very responsive to our requests. All employees very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, great location and staff was very friendly. Small issues like pool not available (closed for maintenance) and coffee running out each morning during breakfast. But, overall a very comfortable stay, close to many distilleries and great restaurants. Would recommend if you are in town.

Loved everything about our stay. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the pillows were awful. Neck was hurting from sleeping on them.

The hotel was very quiet and in was clean and check in was easy and he was very friendly.
A couple of things that could have been better are the beds and pillows. Also the food needed more variety.

The desk clerk was VERY HELPFUL with information about rare bourbons I was trying to purchase. Pointed me in the right direction for the next day. So grateful he inquired and helped!

This is a relatively new property and is a gem in terms of local brand hotel options. The staff are excellent, the GM "T" went out of her way to assist our group during the stay.
There is not much in the immediate area for food options and uber/lyft do not serve the hotel. There is a local taxi service which was excellent.
