The apartment was fantastic. It was decorated for Christmas and it was just beautiful. The breakfast was great and the staff for very helpful.

There was no free parking linked to the apartment which meant that we had to get up at 8:00am on Saturday morning to pay the parking meter.

A beautiful place to stay with amazingly friendly and helpful people. A lovey balance of five star hotel standard service and a homely feel. The staff went above and beyond and some amazingly little touches which made the stay extra special.

The location is easy to get around Belfast and the amenities are fantastic!

The location is great minus the parking which is on-street and you have two move your car during the day and cannot move it back until the evening.

Katie and the staff are fabulous. They treat you like Royalty. The hotel is impeccable and everything about it is perfect. We loved our stay and would stay here anytime we are in Belfast again. Truly a boutique hotel with a very special ambiance.

My partner and I stayed at The Regency for one night in ‘The Garden Suite’. Everything about The Regency is a cut above anywhere else I’ve had the pleasure of staying, from the friendly staff to the fabulously decorated interior. We availed of the wonderful kitchen facilities to dine-in and made use of the luxurious bath and bathrobes for a relaxing, spa-like evening. Our bedroom had French doors opening up into a gorgeous private courtyard area, where we enjoyed our evening drinks. The location of The Regency is great! A wide array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are just minutes away on foot, yet the building is tucked away on a beautiful and peaceful crescent, overlooking a gorgeous park.

The only downside is that we didn’t book in for longer!

We stayed at The Regency as our first trip away with our newborn, which we had mentioned at the time of booking. When we arrived, there was a beautiful baby cot set up, a baby monitor, and even a baby bath! This level of attention to detail could be seen throughout the property - there was a vinyl record collection, musical instruments and a great coffee machine - they have literally thought of everything! The interior design and restoration work is genuinely stunning and there are so many beautiful details throughout the apartment - the photos don't do it justice. We had an apartment on the first floor overlooking beautiful gardens and had access to an outdoor terrace with sofas and heaters. It looks like the ground floor apartments have their own private courtyards. Katie and her team provided great service and Jimmy the doorman couldn't have been more helpful!

Our door code didn't work on one occasion, but a member of staff was on hand and sorted this within a few minutes! I believe this was due to a scheduled system update. Honestly couldn't fault anything about the experience!
