We arrived on June 2nd and we had no problems with the keyless entrey. The heat outside was really hot so when we entered the property we opened all windows and turned on the two fans. The ceiling fan helped a little. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. We did have to empty the kitchen garbage and toss some opened items in fridge. As the sun went down the place became cooler and we sat on the porch for hours. The sunset was beautiful as was the view of the lake. The bedroom facing the lake had a full size bed which was very firm. The second bedroom had a 3/4 bed bigger than single but not a double bed. My friend and I brought mattresses and placed them in front of the glass door. We slept like babies. We had a little problem Friday night, so I reached out to the owner and he was able to fix the little problem immediately. We hired a driver and toured the wineries all day Saturday. The apartment remained really cool all day long. When we cooked dinner that night we noticed that the left burner knobs didn’t really sync with one another. The knobs went in opposite directions but we caught that early so we didn’t burn anything. A couple of screens in the window would crack open when the wind blew so we placed a book in front and there were no problems. The shower was glorious. Our favorite parts were the kitchen, deck and the location. Manny was very kind and we enjoyed our getaway immensely. Thank you

Cozy 2 bedroom flat with beautiful deck and view of the lake. Central location to endless wineries / breweries and close proximity to Watkins Glen make this the perfect destination for a weekend getaway in wine country.

Great views, very clean kitchen utensils, nice interior. Owner obviously made a good effort to make it nice. Only improvement suggested is improve front exterior. First impressions are important. Would stay again. 8.5/10 overall

This was our first time in the Finger Lakes and using a rental. The rental was clean-flooring, paint, shower, and appliances all looked brand new. Host was responsive with questions prior and during arrival. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the rental during the day as we were exploring but we ended each night with a perfect sunset view of the lake.

The property was great with a breathtaking view, however we were surprised by the giant crawl space in the kitchen area. It wasn't a big deal but wasn't pictured in the listing. The beds didn't have comforters as pictured and the listing. There were just throw blankets and no extras in the shower. The outside appearance was shocking but we could tell you were remodeling and the inside was clean and very nice. Thanks so much for everything.

Needed more than 2 salad bowls and 2 steak knives other than that had a wonderful time.woild stay again

Great location close to Watkins Glen and all the wineries. Comfy beds, big, awesome balcony view. A bit noisy at times (on road) but overall great value

Great view of the finger lakes and easy access to Watkins and many wineries. Manny was very accommodating.

The inside was nice just like the pictures. The outside of the apartment could use a lot of work. The apartment is right next to the road which is busy which makes the noise from the road very lowd. The check in process was not great. We were given a code for the door, but there were two doors and we didn't have the code to get into the second door. I called, messaged, and texted Manny. It took him awhile to get back to me.

We so enjoyed staying here! The location was fantastic for getting around to the lakes and Manny was kind and so helpful in answering our questions. Thank you so much!

We wanted affordable! This was it! We had a great time. I was a wondering with some of the reviews what we would get. The outside was a little rough but don’t let that stop you from coming!!! It is a diamond in the rough. You can see they are doing lots of work on the place and in the meantime we get the benefit of a lower costs to rent. Never judge a book by its cover!!! Thanks for letting us stay!!!

Manny was very helpful with directions and checking on us upon arrival. This property is a great location-very convenient to all things happening on Seneca Lake. And then there is the view from the back deck which was stunning . The property has all the basics and suited our needs perfectly. It is clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

On wine trail, livable, owner was in contact. rustic need of repair, noisy on 55 MPH main road, no a/c, no way get off second floor deck in case fire , but clean inside with towels, linens and kitchen ware.

First time using vrbo, took a small girls trip for the night. The owner of the property was very nice and text with all the information. He even let us drop off our stuff early before we got our car for our wine tour. I would stay here again. You can't beat the view or the price at senca. We wished there was a/c which we knew going there that wasn't an option. Once the sun started going down we just put fans in the window and sliding door and it cooled off. Thank you again!

We weren’t expecting much and we got MUCH less! We have been staying at VRBO’s for probably 30 years and this was by far the worst we have ever stayed in! Don’t you inspect the places you advertise? This was terrible inside & out! Food left in the refrigerator, cob webs everywhere, no TV, no air conditioning, no wash clothes, dog hair on couch, beds dirty, dirt in ceiling lights, broken screen door on deck door! We are not your typical complainers but this was not acceptable!! Nice deck & view of Seneca Lake but that was about it!! Sorry for venting but we are used to our getting to our VRBO destinations and being totally happy!! We don’t like surprises & this was a surprise!!

The place was perfect for a small group with a beautiful view of Seneca lake. Very close to many wineries and breweries. Manny the owner very responsive with any questions. We all really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, it had a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Overall the property was exactly as listed, however I will be sending a the owner a private message of a few things they can up grade to help future renters. The owner was very friendly and very responsive to questions!

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights, great view and nice porch. Only complaint was there is no AC so it was 90 degrees inside the whole time we tried to set up the fans to help it The paintings were beautiful and it is a very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location to get to the wineries, breweries, and distilleries along Seneca Lake. Grace was really helpful and quick with responses.

We took a last minute overnight trip to the finger lakes. Our room was very clean and had an amazing deck with a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Our host Manny was wonderful. We will definitely rent from him again. 5 Stars

We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts responded quickly with any queries we had. This comfortably sleeps 6 people. The sofa bed is a huge pull out bed which sleeps 2 people. The highlight for us was spending time at the beautiful deck overlooking the lake.

Property manager was friendly and helpful property was overall comfortable and spacious I would definitely recommend this property as a vacation spot

First off the rate was great and It was lower for a reason The apartment was clean and minimally had what we needed to crash there after a day of wineries, breweries and distilleries. The check in was easy and the owners were very communicative. They seem to be working on the property so It has great potential for the future and a nice back deck and view of the water. We happened to be there on a very hot day and entered the place around 5 and it was 90 degrees in it They had fans going and back door open but the place was hot. It didn't really cool off till 10-11 pm but we made it work The back door which was open when we got there had no screen on the screen slide We kept it open all night as we needed to and we did wake up to a bunch of mosquitos that flew in at night. There was no tv or microwave but it didn't state there would be. The only thing there wasn't enough of was bedding for 5-6 people The beds had pillows and blankets and we found an extra comforter but they should add pillows for those that would crash on the couch. Again I think they are remodeling and have plans for it and in time it will be great But we wanted others not to be surprised. Clean and good for low cost crashing.
