Overall, the home is beautiful, well situated, and conveniently located to everything NE PDX has to offer. Near freeways was a big plus too. Unfortunately, the hot water heater had been turned way down in the home. This meant 20+ minutes to get lukewarm water in one shower and the tub. Never hot water. The large, beautiful shower never even got warm. This issue was fixed the final day of our stay, but not by the property manager. Rather, my dad did the work to figure out what was wrong after we weren't getting timely assistance from the property manager. We then told them what we thought the problem was and they instructed us how to fix saying they couldn'tget a maintenance person to the home anytime soon. Honestly, if my mechanically inclined father hadn't been on the trip, we may never had hot water. There were a few other minor challenges, but overall, the place was nice. We won't be staying there again.

The house is beautifully decorated, nice linens, great beds. Calming and minimalistic. Nice neighborhood. Great walking. Close to everything including downtown Portland.

This is a gorgeous new modern light filled townhome in a great location. We loved staying here and will rebook for sure! The check in process was very easy and the property management company/owners were very responsive to all communication!

Beautiful house, be aware this is a split level home. Super comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen is beautiful.

It was a wedding weekend full of festivities and entertaining friends and family. Williams Retreat is located in a fantastic location and was a great site to host happy hours etc. with the wedding party. Very spacious and clean, couldn't have asked for more!

I would recommend this place again. If we plan a longer stay in Portland we would do this again. There is a great pizza place about a block away. We stayed for Rose City Comicon and used an Uber to get back and forth. It’s a 15 minute drive or a 45 minute walk. Great time was had.

Loved this place, I think I'd stay here again if I visit Portland again. I really love that it's easy to get to and how the layout is. The outdoor patio is amazing as well. Just the amount of space in the communal areas was great too. One thing I would mention though, in the MASTER bedroom. If the property could find someway to put curtains or cover the TOP layer of windows. The sun just BEAMS into the room at like 7AM in the morning and it heats up really quick. Other than that, I have no issues with the place.

This is a well planned vacation home. Perfectly situated in one of Portland's vibrant neighborhoods. We will return!

We had a marvelous time staying at Williams Retreat Unit 1. The home exceeded all of our expectations and the host was hospitable and responsive. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. The rooms were clean, comfy and included generously supplied bathroom amenities. You could definitely feel the owner was making sure the guest had the best accommodations and a memorable stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was quite a wonderful surprise! Staying at this property certainly felt like a vacation and we enjoyed every minute there! The property is close to downtown Portland and walking distance to various restaurants and coffee shops. I would most definitely recommend this house. Our family would stay here again for sure. Thank you very much for making our trip an enjoyable experience.

The property was awesome! First the place has everything you need. We were here for a wedding and it was perfect. Having a spot centrally located to be able to attend all of the wedding functions was key. There was plenty of fun stuff to do nearby that f you don’t want to have to drive all over the city. Everything you need they have. Washer and dryer. The house was easy to access via the code they provide and they even have a delivery box if you need to order something and have it delivered. The patio was great for hanging at night and chatting with friends. Thank you guys for making our visit seamless and awesome.

I rented this place for my little sister’s 40th birthday. It was the perfect spot for two couples and a kid. The neighborhood was an easy walk to some of our favorite spots in Alberta and Mississippi, and the easy, free, on-site parking was super convenient for us to hop in the car and explore Portland. And we absolutely loved the huge porch. We spent a LOT of our trip out there!

The unit was just as advertised, very clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the walking distance to the restaurants and shops nearby. The front bedroom was a bit noisy with the passing cars but not bad. Would recommend for families.

This was such a comfortable, cloud-like oasis for our family of 5 on spring break in Portland. The home was so beautiful & relaxing we found ourselves, at times, really having to push ourselves to leave it and explore. We loved the location & coffee shops, restaurants & even a patisserie within walking distance. Will definitely book this again!

Beautiful condo, bright and open. Plenty of room for two couples to hang out and enjoy a relaxing weekend. If it wasn’t for the snow we would have enjoyed the lovely patio!

The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy. A lof of times pics of houses are very deceiving, but this house was better than what we expected from the pics. Me and my friends were very satisfied with the stay and wanted to make this place as a regular staycation location.

We chose the home to be within hour or so to many of the Oregon attractions. The home had a nice modern look, but we did find that you could hear every noise throughout the house, so definitely not the best for privacy. The management company was very helpful with any questions and the checkin process was easy. However, we found it quite strange that the owner needed access to the property during our stay. Moreover, we weren’t asked, but informed matter of factly that they were coming by with very little notice.

Great restaurants and brewery/distilleries very close (5-15 min walk from property). We had a rental car, but only used for hiking excursions and getting to downtown tours. North Mississippi Ave and North Williams Ave have great restaurants!

This property is brand new. Everything is super modern and clean. The AC was a life saver during smoke days. The property management was quick to respond and professional. Best communication ever. ton of restaurants within a walking distance as well. Bedrooms are quiet and relaxing with walk in closets. I will stay here again. Very positive overall. Impressed with quantity of paper supplies, soap products and towels. This property is brand new construction and we found it very clean and conveniently located to restaurants, points of interest and the airport. We would stay again.

The features of this home were modern and efficient. There was plenty of space for my five person family. At the same price as a nice hotel with much more space. Convenient location and easy parking.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay during a very warm week in August. The property delivered on all counts. We spent a lot of time enjoying the patio, especially during the warm summer nights. The Williams District neighborhood was nice and easy walking distance to many really good restaurants. For the few times when we decided to make our own meal, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the new high-end appliances were really nice. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing "home base" when visiting Portland.

One always wonders if the pictures will match reality, and we were delighted that this place was every bit as beautiful as the pictures depicted. The home is situated in a nice, central neighbourhood close to lots options for food, etc. Anywhere we needed to go was a short drive away. It was very hot when we arrived, and we were extremely grateful for the central AC. The only very minor thing to consider is that the main bedroom has a beautiful, high-vaulted ceiling with abundant windows, the upper ones of which have no coverings. So depending on the time of year, mornings can be pretty bright and possibly warm. If you're not an early riser, a sleeping mask might be what you want.

We stayed here during a very hot week in Portland. Everything in the unit is new, including the very capable central a/c (which we greatly appreciated). Also great: beds, bathrooms, living room furniture, porch, off-street parking, and location. Everything we did in the city was either an easy walk or drive from this house. Highway access is also good when heading out of the city. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
