A beautiful spot for a beach get away!

Perfect house for my family of 8 to stay. Great location with proximity to beaches and downtown. Lots of kitchen amenities in house.

House is lovely and new, great location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Right across the street from golf cart, boat and other rentals. It still needs a few more items to be considered “well equipped.” I’m sure they will come with time; I recognize we were one of the first renters. Nowhere to sit outside (patio furniture on back order, I was told). No ceiling fans or portable fans for the upstairs, which gets quite hot despite the AC running. We had to purchase and donate a box fan to not sweat through the night. Master bedroom has no door lock, nor does master bathroom. FYI there’s an entire basement to this house that is locked off (I presume for owner’s personal property) but is not spoken about in the rental description. Because I live in a state where there are no basements, I didn’t realize until the 3rd day that there was an entire floor I didn’t know about on the property. Somewhat disturbing, as we had left our teenage daughter alone at the house at one point during the trip. Additionally, the rental company entered into the garage without telling us (as in, opened the garage door that we had closed and locked) to retrieve trash cans to put on the street for trash pick up while we were out for dinner. We had planned to put the trash on the street as instructed, but it was done for us without letting us know someone would be entering the property. Again, a bit of communication could clear these issues up quickly. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend.

This property is in a great location with plenty to do nearby. It is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Just bring your own personal items and everything else is taken care of.
