The house was acceptable for a one night stay, however would not want to stay longer unless some things are fixed. Want to preface my review with the note that I didn’t not contact the owner to fix anything since I discovered most of the things at 10p at night and none of them were emergent. This was a great location for our family to stay for my daughter's graduation from Emory & Henry. The place was very quaint and cute. The rental was well equipped and had adequate parking. The big fenced in yard was very handy for our dogs. It slept 6 adults comfortably. I would suggest that a few long mirrors be put in the bedrooms on the back of the doors. With 3 women trying to get ready at the same time was not easy with only 2 small bathroom mirrors. Anthony made sure there were enough towels and washcloths as I requested. Overall it was convenient to all of the great Bristol eateries.

We had a great stay here! It was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable! Great host with great communication and instructions. Definitely will stay here again next time we come to town.

We come to Virginia 2-3 times a year from Texas. Our grandson lives there. We were hesitant about doing a Vrbo. Due to all scams and properties not what is advertised. This house has tons of room, was very clean, and easy to access. We will definitely rent it again.

Overall nice. The front porch has no handrail and bathroom showers have no grips. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is it. Nice neighbors as well.
