Everything was exceptional. We received a very warm welcome. Everything felt incredibly cosy and warm. The rooms were beautiful and the hosts were so friendly and attentive. The WiFi is great, bed is comfortable and the the outside offers a variety of seating options. We were very happy.

Lovely, really helpful owners. Good rural location. Clean and quiet overnight. Tea bags, coffee pods, milk and a bottle of wine were in the cottage on arrival. Good WiFi and shower worked well. Lovely towels provided. Plenty of parking space.

This cottage is a work in progress with a few glitches. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, although this was fixed straight away by Keith. The second bedroom door wouldn’t close either. The kitchen was provided with only one plate, no knives, I had to ask for a saucepan. The ladder for the bunk bed was hanging on by one loose screw. Lorraine and Keith were around and helpful if issues arose.

Location was great. I like silence and peace and this gave both in abundance. Lovely cottage in a good location. Had a wonderful few days here with the kids. I would definitely like to return in the future.

Hard to fault this location. One thing ventilation in the bathroom could be a lot better. More a tip for the owners than a fault though.

Beautiful location and lovely hosts. We had a bit of confusion about picking up keys but was all sorted and we were kindly upgraded to larger accommodation which was great. Keith and Lorraine are a lovely friendly couple and whilst some of the areas of the retreat are a work in progress they had made a great effort with the outdoor areas so you could sit out. Lovely comfy beds and nice bedding and towels. Our cottage was finished really nicely and had lots of space. Overall a lovely place to stay with very welcoming hosts.

Just one tiny note it would have been nice to have hand soap in the bathrooms!

Very peaceful location. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owners were really helpful and provided anything that we required. We had a lovely break from reality at Blueberry cottage.

The cottage was fab, everything we needed, lovely kitchen, comfortable bed and relaxing seating. Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing but the stars of the show were the hosts. We really did feel like part of the family.

We only had 3 nights there.
