This is a great property! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Usually we like to get out and do things, and we did a couple, but this place was so comfortable we just hung out here.

House came exactly as advertised along with a great backyard. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures which we utilized even on the cooler days. Beds were all super comfortable and house is very well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Have been to Phoenix many times and know the area, the house was a great location for where we wanted to be. Definitely loved that we paid for the heated pool and hot tub, we used it a ton. Beds were super comfortable, had plenty of extra kitchen and bath supplies so didn’t have to rush to the store right away, which was so kind and appreciated.The bathroom towels were also super thick and plush.

We stayed for a couple of weeks. Very clean, great shape, great view, great location. Everything we needed was there. From hand soap to laundry soap. Plenty of towels and sheets. The representative was quick to respond to any of my questions. We have stayed at a few VRBO over the past few years. Our favorite one so far. Would stay again

This was an ideal stay for us. Hot tub wasn’t working but we were compensated for the cost and pool was heated free of charge. Host was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Our quick trip to Phoenix was made very enjoyable by such a relaxing stay at Andrea's. Communication was prompt and reliable. The house was very clean and had a wonderful, welcoming feel. Lots to keep everyone entertained with all the fine details. The pool and hot tub were a great addition after a long day on our feet. Room for family and friends at such a reasonable price. Super easy for transportation services to access and close enough to walk to the coffee shop and yet far enough removed from the hustle and bustle. We definitely would stay here again after such a positive experience! Thank you SO much for sharing your home with us.

The house was spotless. We knew we chose the right place, there were open hints all around us. We had a great time. The pool was awesome. Lights didn't work but Teresa was quick to respond. We all would definitely VRBO this house again. Beds were so comfy!! Thank you.

Easy check in and good communication. Hot tub wasn't working when we got there but they had maintenance out that night and got it working.

We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool, golfing and going for long walks in the neighborhood. Convenient access to stores and restaurants too. Home was very well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with host as well.

Wonderful heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the backyard. The beds were very comfy and you have everything you need.

This house was one of the best houses I've ever rented. The host supplied the house with everything you may need. The place was clean and comfortable and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Wonderful communication with manager, and beautiful, clean home! Close to many restaurants and other activities. Fully stocked kitchen, good size living room and dining room. Foosball table, pool and hot tub for entertainment. Will def be renting again!

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was not a positive one. The inside of the home was not clean. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, master shower had hair in it, carpet was filthy. We were not happy with this property, especially for the price.

Rented this location for a girls trip and wow did we enjoy it. It was perfect! Location was great as we wanted to visit Sedona and go down to Tombstone. The house was spotless with plenty of room for all 5 of us. And the pool, amazing we didn’t spend enough time it. Neighbor hood was quiet and relaxing. Was thankful they supplied coffee, as we forgot to stop on the way and get some. We made some fun cocktails using limes from the lime tree in the back, we all thought that was fun. Also had a Nintendo, well us moms had a blast playing Mario and being kids ourselves. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a really nice place. Very quiet nice neighborhood! Even though it sits on a golf course fairway the backyard and pool is pretty private. The fairway is on the other side of a berm so golfers are very rarely seen.
House is very clean and well stocked! Plenty of sheets, towels(bath and beach), extra pillows and blankets and a very well stocked kitchen.

Very comfortable home on the golf course. Super easy check-in and check-out. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, and service for a whole family (not just a setting for 4 like most places!). I usually have a hard time sleeping in a strange place for the first night, but I was immediately comfortable in this home and the high quality beds and bedding had me sleeping like a baby. The pool was clean and warm. We didn't use the Jacuzzi because it was 108 degrees out, but it also looked well kept. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.
