The property offers stunning, unobstructed ocean views and is very well maintained. The pool was fantastic, and I would certainly stay here again.
Check-in was somewhat chaotic, and you'll need to wash the towels if you require fresh ones.

Der Aufenthalt im Fourteen Mulett Bay hat uns extrem begeistert und bis heute sind wir überglücklich uns für diese entschieden zu haben. Unsere Unterkunft bestand aus 2 Schlafräumen, 2 Badezimmern einem Wohn und Küchenbereich sowie einer spektakulären riesigen Terrasse mit Meerblick im 17. Stock. Das Fourteen Mulett Bay ist ein Komplex aus 2 Hochhäusern wunderschön am Golfplatz und ein paar Schritte vom Mulett Bay Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind spektakulär, man geniesst ( Je höher die Etage und Richtung der Wohneinheit) eine Aussicht auf die halbe Insel, den Ort, den Flughafen, den Strand und Golfplatz. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, der Empfang sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiter erklären hierbei den Ablauf und bringen die Gäste auf ihr Zimmer, dort erwartet einen ein Willkommenspackage aus einer Strandtasche, Strandtüchern, ein paar Süssigkeiten und einem Seifengeschenk. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einigen Erfrischungsgetränken gefüllt und incl. Zimmerreinigung kann auf Wunsch gebucht werden( kostenpflichtig) Bei der Ankunft wird man vom Portier an der überwachten Schranke empfangen und zum Gebäude geleitet. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem was zum Wohnen benötigt wird top ausgestattet ( Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Waschpulver usw) Die Unterkunft bietet eine tolle Poollandschaft mit einer schönen Bar, die schon morgens für ein Frühstück geöffnet ist, einem tollen Gym ( mit Ausblick auf den Golfplatz) einem Shop (mit Kleidung, Souvenirs, Pflege und Geschenkartikel). Auch fussläufig befinden sich einige Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist hier sehr vorteilhaft. Das Gelände, Gebäude, Sanitärbereiche, Zimmer sind sehr modern und überall sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets höflich, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Weg zum öffentlichen Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, hier gibt es einige Strandbars, Liegenverleihe usw. Tolle Unterkunft für entspannte Strandtage! Wir kommen wieder!

Nice location and views. Relatively close to the beach and restaurants. Clean building with friendly staff. Conveniently located.
Some issues with plumbing, shower head leaking, shower had no doors so water was spilling out of the cabin onto the floor. No towel hangers. No dust pan.

No umbrellas by the pool side. No proper pillows for the bed in our unit and when we did find one (not two!) there were no pillowcases. Tap was broken in the kitchen and when reported it still wasn’t looked after upon departure. Having a toilet paper holder in the bathroom would be a nice touch.

Great location near Mullet Bay. The property has good security and looks beautiful. Our unit was lovely. Pool and bar on site.
2 towels were provided in our unit, but no trade-in was available. We tried to launder them in the as advertised in-unit washer/dryer, but it leaked and we spent a lot of time mopping it up. The tiles around the pool are highly slippery, wet or not. I witnessed 3 people slip and fall, one of whom was my wife, who sustained an injury to her hand. No staff came to her assistance-another guest was the only one who came immediately her aid. The week before we departed, the property attempted to charge our credit card an additional $208.38 (in addition to the $500 damage deposit). When I asked if this was part of that deposit, I was told no. When I persisted in insisting that I had paid in full via booking.com and needed a full explanation for the charges, they backed off.

The place was immaculate. The views were amazing! Keys were easy to access and there was plenty parking. The only negative was that the pillows were not too comfy. Overall, probably the best place I’ve stayed in Sint Maarten in the 12 years I’ve been visiting.

The location was much more than we expected. We liked the area, pool and gym. The room was beautiful and the staff was so respectful and friendly. Over all we loved the accommodation. The room was also absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable.
We wished that we could have stayed longer, however there was no availability.

Everything was perfect. Kenza was a great host and she did the check in with me. She was very attentive to the details and she helped us to reserve some restaurants. The view is gorgeous. The location is perfect right in front my favorite beach on the island. I will definitely go back with my family in a bigger unit.
