Loved the house and location. Just a few steps to the beach really no need to pack a cooler for the day. Definitely will book again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With 7 adults and one baby, everyone had their own space and more. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Most of our time was spent relaxing on the upper deck with spectacular views of the ocean! We usually stay in a condo so this was our first time to have a house. It was so nice to be able to step out the back door and be on the beach. Would definitely return!

A perfect spot on the beach with easy convenient beach days. Kids and Adults could go on and off the beach without it being a project! Grandkids had coffee on the beach with Poppi every morning! Had the perfect stay!

Great house with amazing views! Our family of 9 adults and 5 kids spent a wonderful week here. The kitchen was stocked better than most VRBO homes…plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The extra fridge and ice maker were very handy. I highly recommend this house for large groups especially with children. The direct access to the beach made it easy. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! Beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Clean, comfortable and spacious inside. Host was quick to respond to questions and the check in/out process was seamless.

Beautiful home and property! Had everything our large family of 13 needed… Great open space for eating and gathering.. steps away from beach! Easy to rent/communicate with owner. We will be back !

Our family had the best time staying here. The house is beautiful and the view is perfect only a few steps to the beach. Lots of room for a big family. The owner was very helpful we had a problem getting the dishwasher to work he had someone out quickly and got the problem fixed. We will definitely stay again.

I would have given 5 stars across all categories but we had an issue with a sewer/septic smell that was so strong in one of the master rooms downstairs that we couldn't sleep in there the last night. It was the last 2 days that it got really bad and we didn't want maintenance in there while we are all trying to remote work and spend time together. POSITIVES Very well organized with electronics - USB charges, all smart tvs, etc Lots of seating for all guests Everything is feels nice but not so over the top that the beach environment will destroy it. It was a good balance of nice to practical. Chairs for the beach were nice. I have some negatives, while I have these negatives, it's worth noting I do plan on returning. Primary floor is on the second floor. Very loud foot steps. The two bedrooms are directly under the living room and dining room anyone trying to sleep early or sleep in hears every foot step (worse with kids) The patio tables - when sitting at these tables the view of the ocean is blocked by the safety rail being at the exact wrong height. We so recommend this place. My recommendation would be SO much more if we didn't have the smell issue and somehow something could be done about the loud foot steps. Thank you for a great place

This home has all the room you need to have your whole family stay in one spot. Kitchen was well equipped. Right on the beach. Great restaurants nearby. The owner and owners agents were very friendly and responsive. We will be back! Thank you Patrick!

House is directly on beach. Easy walk. Quiet area but close to grocery and food. Owner was very responsive to questions.

The kids had a great time. The baby was able to sleep in silence while the other kids played and ran in and out. Place was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and kitten had everything we needed.

This house was perfect for our multiple family trip! There was a total of 13 of us, including a 2 y/o, 2 teenagers, and adults from middle aged to mid-70. EVERYONE had a great time. The walk to the beach was so close and convenient that my dad, who had surgery and uses a cane, found it convenient to go out to the beach several times a day. The newly renovated kitchen was beautiful and had everything you needed (all new utensils, cups/bowls/plates, pots/pans/baking pans, ziploc bags, trash bags, a grater(!) that i needed to get some lemon zest, and even potato chip clips!) The owners really thought about everything that you would need to make this place feel like home. The rooms were all very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Fresh and clean sheets. They had a pack ‘n play (it seemed new) and my 2 y/o slept in it wonderfully. (we did bring our own pack ‘n play mattress for more comfort) The bathrooms were maybe a little older but they were all clean, and having 5 full bathrooms (one in each room) plus 2 powder rooms gave everyone the privacy they needed! There’s a TV in each room, but we didn’t find a need for it, as everyone hung out in the open concept living room/kitchen area. It was just so spacious! We also loved the upper deck area, as it was also spacious. We used the grill for one meal and all worked great. This has been by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a rental property. Patrick was so pleasant to work with. We communicated so much prior to our rental date. He promptly answered every little question I had in preparation for this trip.

Such a wonderful house and experience. Highly recommend! Can't say enough good things - everything was very clean, the rooms were very spacious (we were a small group, but it could have nicely accomodated a larger group while still giving everyone plenty of room), and it was beautifully decorated. House was right on the beach, so you only had to walk out the door and you were on the sand and headed to the water. Upper and lower decks with great views of the ocean and comfortable furniture. Lots of great accomodations including beach chairs and wagons, tons of dishes, pots and pans, bath towels, etc. Bring your own beach towels and shampoo, but other than that, everything you could want was included at the rental (even a foosball table and a classic Atari game table!!). It made for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!
