Restaurant was wonderful and staff was great

The fact that my shades didn’t close… are you kidding me!?! I couldn’t sleep with the light during the night coming in and the sun coming in during the morning. VERY pissed I couldn’t close my shades!!!

From the outside you could tell right away it was a well-maintained property. The design inside was clean and modern, and the staff were exceptional in their appearance, professionalism and friendliness. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast was the biggest surprise. The little breakfast room was well-stocked with delicious food. Most self-serve breakfast set ups have poor-quality food. This location had individual quiches, real bacon (most places serve the awful filler sausage) and warm fruit pastry.

The fees and taxes make the room much more expensive than advertised. This is an industry-wide problem that should be addressed. The pool could be open later.

It was very near St Norbert, it was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good had a variety of options to choose from.

It would have been nice to have ice water available at the coffee/tea bar or in the lobby and also at breakfast. Our air conditioner unit was broken; it seemed to be working when we arrived yet when we came back to room late at night, we realized it wasn’t working when we were already nestled in for the night. I fussed with the the AC unit for a bit and saw I that nothing worked. We were too tired to pack everything up and change rooms at that point, so we did not call the front desk. We let them know in the am, a nice man came up and got it running. It stopped working quickly after that. We were compensated a bit for our inconvenience.

Location close to campus, clean rooms, lounge was nice, friendly staff.

The price per night was quite expensive. I felt like the hotel was taking advantage of people staying their on a special weekend like graduation. The lounge could stay open later on weekends, or at least when you have a group of people that would make it worthwhile to remain open a little longer.

The breakfast that was included with our stray was pretty impressive. There were hot food and cold food options. Coffee was great. There was even the option to make your own waffles!

I can't think of anything that I would improve, I look forward to coming back to this facility! We travel to the area once a month and are planning to make this one of our regular stays

The staff was amazing, specifically the front desk person. So welcoming and accommodating.

The lights seemed to be on an odd circuit and also had an issue between the 2 remotes and 2 TV's.

Very uncomfortable beds. Fluctuating furnace.
