The property had everything we needed for a family holiday - washing machine and drier, enough towels and washing detergent etc. It didn't say in the information but there was an enclosed lockable garage at the bottom which had some beach toys etc (e.g a kids kayaks, a few beach chairs, bike etc - not sure if all of it was working). We loved the location - great for bikeriding (and we could leave out bikes in the garage) and an easy walk to both caloundra central and golden beach but much quiter than either option. We also found a supermarket at Pelican Waters which was convenient without having to drive into the business of Caloundra on a public holiday weekend.

There was limited orientation material - some material provided generally from the booking agent which was good about what was on. But no information about the unit apart from a few signs on the walls. There appeared to be internet but no password was visible. By trial and error we found there was foxtel on the TV. A small info booklet would have been good.

Location

Cleanliness Water leaked from somewhere and I hurt myself.l, by slipping over in the laundry area. Illicit drug paraphernalia was found under a bed.

Was great apartment, close to the water. Child friendly. Even had some toys in the closest and board games. Room for your paddle boards down stairs in the garage. Brilliant. Great value for money.

The unit was clean and tidy, it had a washing machine and dryer which i don't like using, i would put in a drying rack / clothes airer. The unit was bigger enough for us 3 but would very small for a bigger family.

The unit was on the third floor and no lift, no tea & coffee supplies, the furnishing basic it need better curtains in the main bedroom to block the light our and you can't close the patio glass properly . The unit was clean but needs updating.

Location was perfect. Comfy beds, quite comfortable all round

A miscommunication so cleaners hadn't been through. Was rectified quickly though we weren't left any tea towels or cleaning products to wipe down.
