The room/flat was spacious and clean and the food was good! I arrived from the airport at 2.45 am and it was no problem, the staff came outside as soon as I arrived. Loved staying here, good value for money!

Convenient location close to the airport however It’s away from other facilities and restaurants if one requires access to a hygienic restaurant Room was large including a terrace, lounge area and a kitchen(no cooking facilities including gas were available though).

The room was arranged for an early check in. However, the bedsheets weren’t changed which was evident from creases in the bed that they were used by the person before. Not to mention, there were body hair on the bed. After informing the reception, sheets got changed. The female receptionist was extremely rude over the phone to the point she was yelling and stated “if you don’t like our rules, aap bhi nikal jayain (you can get out too)” and hung up the phone. That continued on when we arrived at the reception until the manager intervened and settled the matter. The dinner we ordered was below average, chicken biryani was served without chicken because they ran out of chicken? We ended up eating out including breakfast which was offered free of charge. The lift was only to be used when there are four people so one person with luggage have to carry them upstairs. There was no toilet paper provided. No toiletries were available. There was only one towel which was worn out. No mats or facetowel was provided. No ironing is allowed in the room. You have to pay extra to get clothes ironed if needed. Extremely noisy until 1:00 at night if you want and early night rest.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Rate Royal Galaxy Residence Islamabad ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, Peaceful atmosphere. Near to Airport, Breakfast was good...

it’s on second floor and if lift not working you need to carry all baggage to debone floor.
