This was our first visit to Rocky Point and was told that Las Palomas was the place to stay! Our condo was spectacular from the gorgeous view, accurate description, amenities and comfort of our 4 day stay did not disappoint! Our questions were promptly answered, we weren’t able to check in early( not even an hour) and was told that was managed by the resort.
Other than the cool showers and dirty floors as evidenced by my son’s dirty white socks, we would highly recommend this condo! We can’t comment on the restaurants because we had others off site we wanted to try. We did cook breakfast every morning and there wasn’t a utensil/pot or bowl that we needed that wasn’t supplied, thank you for thinking of everything!
The guys mentioned that the gym was well maintained and one of the nicer gyms they’ve experienced while on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning!

We reported to the front desk that the AC in the main room was not working our first morning. It did not get fixed. We reported it again on the second morning and it still did not get fixed. The main area which was were we wanted to hang out was 77-80 all the time. Very annoying and disappointing

We were two families of 4 staying in this condo and a perfect fit for us and host our friends. It is big and bright and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are hoping to stay here again as we've been staying at Las Palomas for the past 15 years.

This was our first time in Rocky Point We celebrated a Birthday, and the condo was amazing!! We loved how high we were and had two amazing views from our patio. The condo was very clean and open. We will defiantly be coming back

This condo has been updated and is in great conditions. We did have a couple of issues and had to call the front desk, they sent the proper technicians to fix the issues.

First time to Rocky point and we had a great time at this condo. Wonderful ocean views everywhere in the condo. We loved being up on the 14th floor! The owner was quick to communicate and help us as needed. We had comfortable beds, nice furnishings, everything included. We had cleaners come and service us daily which was a really nice bonus on our vacation. Rocky point felt very safe, we went in town and got some great food- and the churro place we found was the kids favorite. The resort was a great hangout for our kids, we bought some tubes nearby and floated the lazy river all week. The beach has some really big dramatic low tides which exposes the reef- lots of sea shells to find and the wife and kids loved that. Great place for families! 5 star all the way!

We had no issues with our stay! It was clean, ample space, great location to the pool and beach, had all the necessities we need! We’d stay again!! Only thing is bring a bag of ice as that gets emptied between guests

Such a wonderful place to stay. We brought our 2 young grandchildren. Very bright,clean, modern condo. Everything you could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be back.

The condo is beautiful, and the weather and resort and also beautiful. We had a couple of issues during our stay, first night door knob to bedroom door fell off. Maintenance fixed right away. Saturday morning we woke up to no hot water, maintenance came, said it was fixed, it was not. Called again, they came again, said it was fixed, it was not. We contacted the owner Sunday morning and her only response was sorry, it was working. She also indicated that she was coming to the condo on Monday and would look into it. Unfortunately, that was no help to us as we were leaving Monday. This was hard for six women with no hot water all weekend. Also, if you want ice in the condo, buy it. The refrigerator makes little to no ice.

This property is gorgeous! Super clean! Beautifully updated and furniture is really nice and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would need. Loved the floor plan. I’d definitely recommend this unit and would love to rent it again. Great prompt communication with the owner. A+++

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. This place had everything we needed during our stay. We hit a snag with one of our excursions we booked because the hotel canceled it on us, but other than that our trip was perfect! I would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful view with a very nice condo. However, we did have an issue with the A/C. for two days the the living room A/C continued to stop working. So if you stay be aware you can not open any windows or sliding doors because it will stop the A/C from working. The owner was very helpful and responsive with how to solve the problem. Place is beautiful. Beautifully decorated. Large wrap around balcony was perfect. The patio did not receive a lot of direct Sun which made it perfect to sit outside.

We loved the place but had some bad experience with the staff at the resort. The room wasn’t ready for us at the check-in time, the waitresses at the restaurants were rude.

Incredible first trip
We had a fiasco with a booking that left us no where to stay 3 days before a family vacation. We were fortunate to find this property available. Now I’m glad we got cancelled for maintenance issues, because this condo was incredible.
The condo was in absolutely pristine condition, location was out of this world, and a breeze to check in. We will be definitely renting from them again. Thank you for everything it was a dream vacation in large part of this incredible condo.
