The property had everything we needed and more. The house was so clean and great for our family. The pool and outdoors were top notch!

The property was very well-stocked. The outdoor area provided a lot of activities. Communication was excellent.

Perfect location and walkable to all the shops and restaurants! Pool and patio were perfect for a warm summer weekend.

Six sorority sisters who went to college together in the mid to late 70’s who still stay in touch and get together from time to time. We had a lovely stay that included a lot of laughs in this adorable home. Highly recommend. Do not hesitate to book.

Great location!

This centrally located historic home was well maintained and updated. Step back in time to old Fredericksburg just a few blocks from the action of top shopping and dining. Multiple bedrooms were all well appointed with nice linens and even a variety of pillows. Terry, the owner, makes sure that you have sweet dreams with her offerings of sleep masks & ear plugs (we didn’t need). The pool was heated and my 2 year old granddaughter had a blast! The large hot tub was ready to go and helped all those sore muscles. We also enjoyed the yard games like bocce ball, horse shoes and ping pong. Prior to our stay, Terry contacted me to ask what I’d like to eat and drink and generously provided some staples as she was worried about empty store shelves during the eclipse. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to cook! Even had a well stocked pantry with spices, foil, and wraps. Terry provided an array of snacks as well. But the real value of this home is if you have children. It is child friendly with buckets of toys and even a dress-up basket! Also, 2 of the bedrooms have a twin bed in the room with the king, so if you want your child can sleep with you—or do what we did and use the bed as a luggage rest. Terry also has pack and plays for younger child sleeping. Note: several bedrooms have connecting doors. There are 2 living areas so you can still gather and watch TV or talk even after the kids are asleep. All toiletries are provided as well. ENJOY!!

This property surpassed our needs. Our grandchildren enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the many outdoor games offered. The dining area accommodated all nine of us. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Terry is a superb host.

The house is super well-stocked and very comfortable. We loved that the pool was heated even on a cold Feb day. And we all thought we would love to come back!
