Worked out all right but we had friends in the area and we wanted to have them over but there wasn’t room or even chairs to eat a supper meal together. Overall fine.

Loved this spot! The condo is super cute, and the location is fantastic for walking around downtown or hopping a bus. Our room was ready early, it was quiet, and parking was easy with the reserved spot!

Unit itself was very nice and clean but the building itself needs updating. Very dated and the fact that there were older units with smokers made it less appealing. Noise from unit above was very prominent.

Clean, comfortable, and close to all mountains!

Our stay was very enjoyable, and the property was just as described. The unit was well equipped with all the necessary things for a couple nights in lovely Frisco. Communication was great, and the assigned parking was a handy bonus. Will stay here again!

The condo itself is modern, provides a great kitchen and comfortable sleeping space, and the hot tub was relieving after 4 days of skiing. Summit rentals was also a great rental company to work with, as they checked in to see how our stay was going, and answered any questions we had within minutes. The condo location in Frisco was also excellent, as we were able to walk one block to Main st to go shopping and have dinner. Overall we felt very safe, comfortable, and at-home at this very clean space, and it provided many amenities including cooking utensils, board games, and extra towels for the hot tub. Only concern was that it could be quite loud in this space from the plows and people walking outside, as well as the loud upstairs neighbor and hallway guests (not great sound proofing however, we were able to sleep fine with ear plugs). This was a fantastic stay overall, and we would definitely both stay here again and recommend it to others!

One block off of Main Street was convenient for shopping and dining. 25 minutes to Vail and 15 minutes to Breckinridge was perfect for the winter enthusiast. Kitchen amenities were perfect for cooking and towels and linens were plentiful for our four night stay. Outdoor parking was tight for a large pick up given the snow plow conditions, but the parking spot still worked for a Ram 1500, about 75 feet to the front door. Sleeping for 2 was limited to the bed, there is no couch. The management company was responsive to our needs via text or phone call. Hot tub was available but was used by all tenants - not private.

The location, communication and cleanliness were wonderful. However, the amenities were somewhat of a disappointment. The blinds were made out of butcher paper.... they let in quite a bit of morning light and were a pain to clip up and down. Since there is no air conditioning, a fan would be nice to have in the room... it was hot!!! There is only one tray for ice, and only salt and pepper in the kitchen, unlike all of the other kitchens we've stayed in with other dry seasonings, etc. In addition, we were surprised to not have an iron provided, and had to get one.

Batteries in keypad were dead but after service call we had new batteries and a backup plan.

Everything was good except for the paper blinds. This was very disappointing as they let in a lot of light and very difficult to raise and lower. This was a twice daily frustration.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cedar Lodge. Amazing location and we were able to walk anywhere from the lodge.
